Came here for a very specific item that I saw on clearance on the website. I drove to this location…read morebecause it said the item was still in stock here. I wanted to see it physically before purchasing so instead of making the order online, I drove here to check it out first. This is a nice store. It'sneat and well organized and there are a lot of employees working. I spoke with four different employees but unfortunately they were unable to find the item even though I showed them that it was listed as in stock in the store. They explained that sometimes the inventories are not correct and did seem to make a good effort to locate the item for me. I'm disappointed that I couldn't find the item that I wanted, but this store is nice and I would definitely come back here. The employees are some of the most friendly and helpful I've encountered recently.

I purchased a camp chef table and when I finally got to go camping to use it there were no legs and no windscreen. This was a birthday present I never got to use until last weekend so it was never opened. My fault. However, I'm told that there is nothing they can do. It's been more than 30 days. No swapping it out. No replacing of the missing legs and windscreen, nothing. I essentially paid full price and got 1/3 the item. Totally useless! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE AGAIN. Shouldn't be doing anything when it comes to customers. She didn't count my change back. She just handed it to me. Didn't say thank you didn't say nothing. So I said thank you and she's like yeah sure. What's the deal with that? The last time I checked we pay her wages by doing business there and if she don't like dealing with customers then she should probably find a different job. I make random trips to Salmon every month and so I think I'll just start doing my shopping at Murdoch's they are always kind and say thank you for coming in ask how your day is going ask if you need any help with anything else and they actually count your change back to you correctly instead of just handing it to you and letting you do your own counting.

My husband never actually used them for hiking and wore them for work as a delivery driver, where a lot of time was simply spent driving. We brought them in 9 or so months after getting them and after only using them moderately to see if we could warranty them. We figured that since it was a Cabela's brand product it would be covered under the guaranteed "lifetime warranty". We had the original box, packing materials, and the receipt. We were told by the staff that these boots didn't qualify because they were "worn" and that means we got "our money's worth" out of them. How else is someone going to know whether or not a product is going to last without using them? You can buy $250 boots at Cal Ranch or elsewhere that will last several years. A $25 pair of Walmart hiking boots will last the same amount of time, if not longer than their "premium" boots. These boots clearly aren't meant to last. If the "lifetime" of their boots is 5 months, I'm truly not impressed with their products, guarantees, or service. I make an effort to review fairly, and I would have given this store a higher rating if this was the only incident that left me feeling irritated when shopping here.

They bothered her feet so we checked out Al's and Dicks but their was little to no customer service and the products were the same quality. Dicks also does not offer Veteran Discounts like all the other Sports Shops do, so ill never shop there. Anyway, we found Kicks n Sticks. The owner took a vested interest in finding the right shoes. He took lots of time, and let her try on lots of pairs and even had her dribble a soccer ball with them to find the right cleats for her. She loves her new cleats and she now is excited about going to practice. Arturo even monogramed her Goalie Gloves. This is a great shop, and it epitomizes the kind of service you get from local shop owners that you dont get from the big box shops that are not truely part of our community.

I found a pair of Lucky Brand Jeans for $12.50! I was overjoyed, they just need some hemming. A girl while I was in there was having some luck with True Religions. I was very jealous as I could not find any in my size. She was tiny tiny! I also picked up a couple of 3/4 sleeve v-neck tops as I have not had as much luck finding them at my home store. The girl ringing me up was working on a project but she was very friendly and talked with me as she rang me up. I would return!
