I was able to purchase a kayak for my husband so fast! I had two gentleman helping me get it in my car and they worked so hard to make sure I was able to get this home. Grant Wood specifically made this purchase so easy and he was beyond helpful. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for being an employee that goes above and beyond for his customers. They said they couldn't return it without a receipt…read more They asked me if I knew the phone number of the person that gave it to me which I did and then they told me it had been over 90 days since she had purchased it so they wouldn't return it even if I didn't want money. I just wanted to trade it for something different or store credit or something. I mean, the tags were still on the pants. They had obviously never been worn. They have a very strict return policy, which I think is ridiculous in this day and age. I was very disappointed to say the least a word of warning if you get a gift or buy something from make sure you get back before 90 days or SOL and make sure you have a receipt probably easier just not to shop there.

They bothered her feet so we checked out Al's and Dicks but their was little to no customer service and the products were the same quality. Dicks also does not offer Veteran Discounts like all the other Sports Shops do, so ill never shop there. Anyway, we found Kicks n Sticks. The owner took a vested interest in finding the right shoes. He took lots of time, and let her try on lots of pairs and even had her dribble a soccer ball with them to find the right cleats for her. She loves her new cleats and she now is excited about going to practice. Arturo even monogramed her Goalie Gloves. This is a great shop, and it epitomizes the kind of service you get from local shop owners that you dont get from the big box shops that are not truely part of our community.
