The fabric selection is good, as was our experience with the salespeople at the store. However, they use an upholstery company in Miami that I would not recommend. They put our sectional clips back on incorrectly, and it took four months to get them to our house to fix it so the sectional would stay together. They also sold us a cheap feather-pillow interior that sheds white feathers onto our blue velvet fabric every day. The entire process has been nine months since we began and I am basically resigned to nothing happening. I would go elsewhere. read more

I spent $3000 to have dining room chairs recovered. they came back all puckered where the seat meets the back. I reached out and they said they would do nothing for me . please please do not do business with this company. they do not stand behind their work. They take zero pride in their work and if you have an issue they are rude and disrespectful. I have been patronizing this store for years due to their vast selection of fabrics,however, my three star rating applies to the staff. They certainly know how to make you feel invisible. I grew up in retail, and my biggest pet peeve is not being acknowledged when you walk into a business. Even if a sales person is busy, they should be able to say "hello... we'll be with you in a moment". That is known as GOOD customer service. Management should teach this! read more

The customer service is astonishingly disappointing. Diane - the Lead Designer /workroom manager - makes many mistakes and then offers no I'm sorry, no recompense for the cost of inconvenience to the customer. If you self-install be very wary as when the workroom mismanages the order (several parts missing and wrong hardware) the customer will be responsible for bringing it back in and picking it back up again while they "fix their mistake". Diane will tell you that because they "fixed it" you are entitled to nothing (oh - maybe $100 on a FUTURE order) AND when you ask for clarification on her position she ... ready for this? ... HANGS UP ON YOU as she is "done with the conversation". What??? Spend $1500 and you too can treated poorly. read more

Found them from an ad in the Palm Beach Post. Needed to have my dining room chairs recovered. I brought in the whole chair and they measured and told me how much fabric we would need. I thought I had to bring all the chairs, was told that I just needed to bring the cushions. They must do quite a bit of business as it took six weeks for the chairs to be completed but they told me that going in. Chairs were recovered perfectly and they even marked where the screw holes were so that I would find them easily when I put them back on the frames. Also, unlike many other stores, they added coupons that were in the paper AFTER the purchase so we saved a few more dollars off the original price. Very pleasant to deal with and excellent work. read more

I went to the store in Lake Park to get drapes made for my living room based on a recommendation. After paying about 2000 for their low end line over a month ago I still do not have my drapes installed and they are adding new charges onto my bill. They corporate office manager even admitted that they have certain assumptions that are not listed in their paperwork. On top of everything they made a mistake when reading height measurements, which were written twice, and are doing whatever they can to have the customer pay for their mistakes. There is a reason that businesses have empty parking lots and are constantly having a sale. read more

What a great selection of high end home fabrics at reasonable prices. I don't know another store with such an extensive selection. And very reasonably priced. I have taken fabric samples back to my home state and checked colors, and then had it shipped to me to redo chairs at home. Very helpful knowledgable staff. read more

I had the most delightful experience working with designer Aga. I was looking for 17.5 yards of a fabric and she went above and beyond to piece together enough yardage from the Sarasota and Lake Park stores for my 7 patio cushions. Aga was always cheerful and congenial and helped to figured out the yardage I needed. BB is fortunate to have a designer of her caliber working at the Lake Park store. read more

I love the workmanship that comes out of the Hemingway Design Center which fulfills the customer orders for Boca Bargoons (i.e. upholstery, pillows, draperies). However, the phone for that desk is never answered nor are emails. I've gotten in the habit of just driving up there to get any questions answered. The fabrics and service people on the fabric side are terrific. Love them. But if the Hemingway Design Center does not get someone more responsible to run that piece of the "house" Boca Bargoons is going to rapidly loose customers. I have other projects coming up and will find another source for my upholstery projects. I'm disappointed with this experience. read more

I would like to warn you that they will take your money and then not deliver the product when promised. I paid in full for a window treatment that was to be delivered 6 weeks later. When I called 2 months later they had not even started it and I paid in full. I was then promised they would get me on the books and now 4 months later they say it will be done. I had to call, but no one would answer the phone or if I got through they would not call me back. It required me to drive there and demand they finish my project. I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else for your custom drapery needs. read more

After driving 50 minutes from Port St. Lucie to Lake Park because a friend recommended this store. I get there and was treated like crap. Not one person asked to assist me. I walked around the whole store twice still no one offered me assistance. Then this one old lady asked me if I came in the store to buy a "piece of sample". I told her no I came to purchase fabric for my dining room chairs. She asked me what color and I told her she pointed to some gray mess and turned and walked away and never came back. After about ten minutes I walked passed her and her coworkers and no one said anything. I went there to make a large purchase for my new house but I'll be darn if I give those old bags any of my time money. Its unfortunate some old people are stuck in the past and think that their dirty deeds are going to get them in heaven. God said the way you treat the least of these you treat him the same as well. Color matters to these people. I will NOT recommend this store to anyone. Customer Service STINKS!. read more

I paid for window treatments for several rooms and my terrible experience began March of 2014. It is now June 2015 and I have had to take legal action to recover some of my money for unfinished work. read more
