We worked with CJ, and he truly went above and beyond. My husband has a broad-shouldered, athletic build, which usually makes suit shopping a headache. CJ measured him with precision, understood exactly what he needed, and found a suit that fit him perfectly--comfortable, flattering, and tailored to his proportions without compromise. A few days after the wedding, we unexpectedly experienced a death in the family. When we reached out, AJ and CJ showed a level of kindness and compassion that you rarely see in business anymore. They immediately extended the rental so my husband could wear the same suit to the funeral, no questions asked. Their empathy during such a hard moment meant more than they know. This is more than a suit shop--it's a family committed to excellence, integrity, and genuine care for the people who walk through their doors. We had asked for full ties and he had given the best man a clip-on tie. the suspenders were breaking every time we adjusted them so it led to so many issues on the day of the wedding. When we came to pick up the suits, we had told them that we needed to pick them up at a certain time and CJ was mid consultation and we had to wait 20 minutes to pick up the suits, making us late for our wedding event. It seemed like he did not have any of our suit packages put together as it took him 10 minutes for each package per person and we kept noticing either a tie was missing, a shirt was missing, etc. Upon bringing up complaints to him after the fact, CJ had brushed off the issues saying that they were "strange" and that he had no idea what had happened. The communication was very poor and took several days often times to get a word back from him which led to concerns throughout the process. For the price tag which was much higher than other consults we had looked into, this service was not worth it and would recommend going to another suit/tux shop.

My mom and I laughed about that absurd idea because how hard could it be to get 1 bride, mother-of-the-bride, and 8 bridesmaids dressed. We do just fine on our own each morning! And so no dresser for us... Wedding day arrived and everyone managed to get dressed just fine, but there were definitely some bow tying issues. Fortunately, my wedding venue (The Breakers) has wedding planning down to a science and their fabulous team made sure everyone in my party was zipped and tied to perfection. However, if I hadn't gotten married at The Breakers where I seriously had 1 woman who's entire job was to hold my the back of my dress until I was bustled (I kid you not) and a talented bow tying floirst (shout out to Richard from Breakers by Design) I'm starting to think the idea of a dresser isn't such an absurd idea. I was back in Palm Beach as maid-of-honor for my best friend's wedding last month and she hired Lisette as her dresser for the day. And Lisette really went above and beyond. Just a few of the many tasks Lisette and her fabulous assistant, Lou, performed that day: * They steamed all our dresses * Manged to get 8 bridesmaids into 8 dresses with VERY tricky zippers * Sticky taped our boobs so our dresses wouldn't fall down. * Helped the bride and mother-of-the-bride put on their dresses, shoes, jewelry, and even deodorant * Found a curling iron at the spa of the hotel and re-curled the bride's hair after we discovered the hairdresser had taken off as soon as we started pictures (not cool of the hairdresser by the way). I was so impressed with Lisette that I took a few cards and have passed them on to all the brides I know getting married in South Florida. I have no idea how much Lisette costs, but whatever it is...she's worth it!
