Prior client brought a bunch of bratty noisy kids with her and they were very disruptive, grabbed dress books right out of my hands! Salespeople were supposed to send pictures of dresses we could get- never did we get anything. When I complained they had me try on this awful, cheap looking dress that was way too old for me- they said it was "for size." Yeah... Strange they did this to me when my husband went outside to take a phone call...I left in tears- guess they wanted to get rid of me. I was prepared to spend plenty too- their loss. My husband is still furious with them.
