I can't believe this chain is going out of business. Where will we get balloons and party decorations? The store is easy to get to and there's plenty of parking in the front. The signs outside say 75% off but mostly everything inside is 30 to 40 off. Still a good deal, but if you're going out of business, you should try to clear out all of your inventory immediately so you don't have to pay rent for another month. They also always had the perfect themed party supplies that my daughter wanted every year for her birthday. Since she is now grown I don't go as often as I once did but I was in the area and I had a birthday gag present in mind and this store had exactly what I wanted and it was only $5. They also had the birthday card and gift bag I needed so I didn't have to make another stop. The Boca Raton Party City is very clean and well organized. I saw staff members on the floor ready to help. I love their amazing candy aisle that is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth and if you can think of a party theme they most likely have it. All of their Halloween merchandise is in now too. Decorations, party supplies, and costumes for people and pets, they have it all. Their $200 ice cream clown is the manifestation of my worst nightmare. As far as Party City locations go, this is a great one. read more

Now I understand why they are going bankrupt. Tried to buy some Super Bowl item. Price on tag on shelf $3. No price on item. At register they ring up $5. They actually told me, expecting me to believe "some items the discount is on the permanent shelf some are full price. When I asked for mgr because they actually asked me to leave the store and threatened me with police because others in store listened and realised same. Rude staff manager was in a bad mood from the minute we greeted him at the opening of the store, this continued after we stepped inside. Did not hesitate to show his distaste in customers and clearly, his job. The balloon attendant could have been more helpful with informing us about products and services. However, she was a relief from the cold shoulder we got from the manager. Had a work event with Spirit Week and Party City literally had anything and everything I needed. Always glad to spend the extra buck or two to create a great work environment and promote team building during a week like this. Everything from masks, socks, bead chains and even boas galore. Vinny helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even had a few of his own suggestions. We had the Yelp Games on Saturday night and I was looking for something noisy and black. Black was the color to represent team Palm Beach. I lived in Coral Springs for years but this past year I moved across the border. And even though someone texted me that I am now a "Boca Babe" since I changed "teams" (which I found to be hurtful and quite snarky), the bottom line is that I am proud to be repping team Palm Beach. I left Party City with enough black whistles for everyone on our team. I was battling a sinus infection and I wound up having a migraine. Needless to say, I have my very loud whistles tucked away for next year. I was very disappointed I couldn't make the games and I cheered on Team PB from my bed. Congrats to PB for their amazing victory. Whatever you need for a party you can find here. From costumes, candy, greeting cards, balloons and place settings in every color of the rainbow, this is your place. I even picked up a few cute Valentines Day signs/knick knacks to place around my condo. This store is very clean and I thought it was extremely organized. I can't wait to go back because it's a fun store. They have terrific plastic serving pieces/bowls that are inexpensive and cute! I really loved the large purple bowl that would be perfect for popcorn or chips. Vinny and his crew were knowledgeable about what they carry and they were a breath of fresh air to deal with. So many stores have staff who have no motivation to assist. Not here that's for sure. I highly recommend this store/location for all of your party needs. We simply apologized and walked out the store. Everything they have you can get at Walmart or Target right? Nope! Wrong! Target doesn't have Paw Patrol masks, hats, or even costumes for adults. This location is probably the best Party City in which I have shopped. They have a friendly staff with very good, helpful attitudes. It is a clean, well-organized store. It is well stocked. Honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. From the second I got in line an employee with curly hair and a long sleeve blue top gave every customer she spoke to the nastiest attitude. I work in retail so I understand times can be tough, but no customer is going to feel comfortable in the presence of her. We went in to do a return for items purchased a day before valentines and she didn't even look at the receipt or the items in my bag and immediately said she couldn't do it because the return had to be done 14 days prior to the holiday. I had tape and other items that were purchased in the wedding section but like I said she didn't even bother taking a look. She acted as if us doing the return was taking money out of her own pockets. When I started questioning the return policy because I was confused she almost denied me service and gave me a "you know what" as if she was going to do something. I understand they are given a policy to stick by but one of the items was completely defected and not put to use because of that. I don't know how an exception shouldn't be made for that. I ordered online may 28th for a door delivery from this location scheduled delivery for today the 29th says it would be delivered between the hours of 4pm-7pm I said to myself that would be perfect timing for my daughters 8th birthday surprise for the 30th in the morning when she wakes long story short it is now 11:28pm and the stuff still have not arrived to my door.
