Every other place that showed them in stock actually didn't have it when I called. The Music Manor checked and they did in fact have one, the only one in the lower 48. I called, I asked a lot of questions and they never got annoyed. Before purchasing it I expressed my hesitation regarding shipping delays and possible damage during shipping since this was the only one and it is a gift for Christmas. I made the purchase and these guys exceeded my expectations on every level. I paid online, they shipped it UPS the following day with signature required. It arrived on my door step the day after that. It was faster than I expected and packaged with so much protection that it would have survived a war zone! Never gets fixed the first time. I will never recommend this business and will discourage my school from partnering with Marshall Music. There are better options like Meridian Winds who also partner with schools. Lack of communication with customers shows they don't care about retaining customers.
