I for one don't mind having to come here a little bit early and being able to sit here however the parking is very difficult if there are a few bigger cars that stick out because the spots here are very close together and the main little turn around to drive is very small. There have been more times than not that I have been afraid that someone is going to scrape my car while they're driving past me looking for a spot or leaving to pick somebody up. I like that it is under a overpass so it is very shaded and it is very well lit so I am not afraid to sit here and wait whether it is very early in the morning or late at night when no one else is here. It is always clean and there are cameras around so I feel safe as well in that aspect! Definitely loses a star because of how small the place is and there have been a couple times I have had to make big Loops waiting for other cars to leave on busier times!

In 7 years I have only asked one other time for it to be cut back but this time I have been completely ignored for months on end and through 3 managers. My backyard ONLY has palms and turf to ensure easy maintenance but I have now had to purchase 2 leafs blower/vaccs, rakes, pole saw, large tree trimming loppers, etc. since my yard is constantly filled with leaves as is my pool. Post storms is an absolute disaster that I have let go for years though it has cost many hours of labor and hired help to clean up mess from the other side of the wall. Any sort of acknowledgement would be nice but since it's behind their buildings, and obviously a me problem, I can't imagine I'll get a response until I drop off an invoice for the supplies and my hours of labor to clean it up myself this weekend.

First 16 calls I was quoted WAY more than it should have been, like 1.5 to 2x what it should cost to fix the issue. Called Affordable off a google search and was quoted exactly what is should cost. They gave me a bag and called for an Uber to take me home. From the front desk to Joe making the offer to the young man who assisted me with putting my things in the Uber. The technician, Brian, drove all the way out from Tamarac to Homestead and took my car to the shop in Miami a couple of days later. He was punctual and communicative. When he brought my car back, it looked amazing. He went above and beyond, buffed out the car and cleaned the rims and wheels. He even removed the dried up fiber tape that was stuck all over the back window area from where I had taped plastic when the back window broke. Not to mention less expensive than most of the other estimates I got. Stellar service! Highly recommended.

The car was returned with a disastrous paint job, absolutely ruining my car (Mercedes C 250). The person that I dealt with no longer works there, and when I spoke to the owner, he did not know I had already sent half of the payment to his ex employee, nor was he aware of the terrible paint job done. I sent him pictures and he acknowledged the disastrous and unprofessional job his now ex employee had done on my vehicle, going as far as to tell me that person no longer worked there due to other situations like mine and an ongoing drug problem. Although the owner promised to fix it, t has now been weeks where neither the owner nor his assistant are answering any of our calls or texts, and we are considering taking legal action. Please do yourself a favor and do not take your car to this place. I will be glad to update this review if and when our situation is resolved.
