Very disappointed with my experience at Rising Tide Car Wash. A few days before my promotional membership expired, one of their employees approached me and offered to extend the same promotion for another three months. I specifically asked if the monthly charge would remain $16.00, and he clearly confirmed that it would. Now I'm being charged $32.00 instead -- double the amount I agreed to. Had I been told the real price, I would never have continued the membership. This feels very misleading and dishonest. I trusted the information provided by their employee, and it resulted in an unexpected charge. Customers should be able to rely on what they are told when signing up for services. Back in Jan'26, they offered a monthly membership for an additional $1.00 from what I was supposed to pay that day. To help them as I know they have a non-profit organization behind this business I decided to do to. Later, I cancelled the membership having the last charge dated Feb. 18, 2026, to find out this Monday (4/13/2026) that my account was not only charged once but twice for a total of $91.79 ($17.00 + $74.79). Went to the site, they gave me an E-Mail address to send the information and request the refund. Well, there has been no even acknowledgement of receipt, I called them and let them know that I need to speak to their customer svc team, as of today there has been no contact and their phone number does not transfer to anyone. Bad service, and I am sad that a business I considered in good stand is doing this. I am calling my bank to dispute the charges immediately. read more

Never used it the first month so I tried to cancel it. Website wouldn't take the verification code. I tried numerous times so I called. Recording said to use website so I tried again. Didn't work so I tried the number on the site and got a a recording saying number wasn't valid. Tried sending an email and it came back as undeliverable. I used them because I thought they were a do good organization. Maybe not!!! I called my bank and they told me the best way to stop the fees was to cancel my card so I did and filed a claim. I absolutely love this place. Even more so now that I have the membership. So here is how the membership works, you pay monthly fee that allows you to wash your exterior and also use the vacuums and spray bottles to wipe your car clean on the inside. I absolutely love it. How convenient. They always have the spray bottles, filled and towels ready for you to clean your inside of your car. You can upgrade when you get to the Kia if you wanted to do anything. In addition, suggest the basics, highly recommend this membership as it keeps my car clean, and it's never too busy. read more

it's always busy which can be annoying but they just randomly decide to close during normal operating hours so you drive out there and then can't even get a car wash sometimes. I like the one in margate much better not sure if they are owned by the same people but the machines they use clean my car better then the one here in parkland. The margate and Coral Springs locations are superior in every way. New tech and service members are much more knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, I live in parkland and this is in parkland. They have been terrible ever since they changed their systems. I'm a member and the line is always jammed up as they don't truly have a separate line for members. The scanner was broken today too. They give you no space to park to use there vacuumed unless your a member. So your door to door with another person to use the vacuums you and the person next to you have to take turns asking to open there doors. It's it's a compact space. And then vacuumed. The vacuumed pressure was @ 3/10. Mo suction complete waste of my money. A gas station vacuumed has more pressure than this. So happy I did not become a member . read more

Have been using this car wash for many years and was always satisfied with their performance, until my most recent experience. Unfortunately, they have a thief in their midst. I am a disabled vet and had a placard in the vehicle. I kept it in the visor above the steering wheel until I needed to use it. The next day, I discovered it was missing and went back to the car wash to report the incident and try to recover the placard. The manager type I approached, said it was nowhere to be found and asked me to file a report, which I did. The person who took the report from me, promised to get back to me on Monday with an update on their investigation. It is now Tuesday morning and I have yet to hear back from them. Clearly, the person who cleaned the interior, found the placard and absconded with it. Wont be using them any more. read more

I've only ever been to the Margate Rising Tide, and was surprised how small this one was in comparison. However, I was in and out very quickly even though I got the managers special which includes mats being shampooed. There is no outdoor seating area like the Margate location but there is a great indoor location. They did a great job and I would definitely return. read more

I loved reading about Rising Tide Car Wash and how it's a social enterprise, with a mission to employ 80% of their workforce won the autism spectrum. I'd recommend checking out their website for background on the owner and his journey to create this business. As we pulled up, one of the employees was waving us in and putting on an impromptu dance performance! It was so fun and put a smile on our faces! Here's how it works: you pull up to a digital kiosk where you choose your service. From there, you're guided through a mechanical car wash. Following the car wash, you can pull your call for any additional services you've ordered. We got the hand wax option. I will note that the car didn't feel like it had been waxed by hand (to the touch), so we went back to ask and they said they use a wax spray. Worth noting if you think it will be waxed by hand. Ever since this car wash was sold they are absolutely horrible. Their employees are disrespectful instead of helpful. The car wash itself does not function correctly and does not dry your vehicle. If you'd like to use the vacuums now you have to use segregated special vacuums assigned to non-members cause only members can use the special vacuums. Like a whites only water fountain. I got the manager's special today with 5 days rain guarantee, cause you know Florida. The lines were pretty quick to get washed but waited a bit to clean interior. While waiting, they come around to greet you. You have the option to stay in the car and drive it up or you can go inside and leave your keys. The waiting area is indoors with wifi access. It's nice and spaced out. They also have snack machines and restrooms available. Car was cleaned in about 30 minutes. They did a good job with exterior and interior for standard wash. I did have to remind them to vacuum the trunk and clean beneath the cup holder. Pretty responsive to those requests. Hope if it decides to rain that it does before Tuesday! read more

Poor customer service. I've been a regular customer at this Car Wash and for the last two days I've come trying to get my car washed and was told to cut off form inside service at 6:45. I came the second night earlier than 645 only to be told the cut off was 645 but they could not do the inside of my car and blamed it on the kids with special needs. This has nothing to do with the employees having special needs, this is poor management and communication with customers that leaves people who took time out of their day to try to get their car wash in a bad spot. I have been a monthly member for the last 2 years. The monthly membership for me has been worth it, however over the last 4 months there has been a noticeable change in the quality of the car wash. At the Coral Springs location, the staff has pretty much stopped spraying the front and rear of the car with the power spray. The car now comes out with the same bird shit on the hood that it went in with. Why the change in service level? The membership price has not gone down but service has. So, I normally only write one or two star reviews when something has gone really wrong at a business or if I felt I was in some way being mistreated or neglected (ex. a waiter being purposefully rude). However, I feel compelled to write this one because, in my opinion, the quality of the cleaning my car received at Rising Tide Car Wash was exceptionally poor. I have a 2017 Subaru Forrester and took it on Saturday to be washed at Rising Tide. I got the Rain X with Interior for a total of $21.25. I checked with the business and this package includes (in addition to cleaning the outside) vacuuming of the inside, wipe down of the hard surfaces, cleaning of the cup holders, etc. They also vacuum the trunk if it is open and for SUVs if the cover is off which mine was. My car went through the cleaning tunnel and then it was taken to be finalized by hand and have the interior cleaned. When it was done, I was somewhat in a rush so I didn't look as closely at the work as I normally would have. However, I noticed as I was driving away that both floor mats were still pretty wet (one had a small puddle on it), one still had dirt on it and the front windshield had plenty of streaks. I stopped with my girlfriend for gas. As I was pumping the gas we both noticed more and more issues. It didn't appear like ANY of the interior surfaces had been wiped down. My girlfriend sometimes wears makeup with glitter in it and over the last few weeks you could see flecks of it on the passenger side dash. After the cleaning it was still there. The cup-holders were also still dirty. Further, my back seats were in the down position so the entire back storage compartment was open. None of it was cleaned or vacuumed. The outside of the car was not any better. There were streaks everywhere and there were several spots that still had dirt on them. Also, many of the windows still had of streaks and spots. Overall, I felt this ranks as one of the poorest cleanings I have ever received from a car wash. I will not be returning. Update: I just wanted to respond to one thing Thomas D. of Rising Tide said in his response. He asked that I bring the car back and would let me know if the glitter from from my girlfriend's makeup was something they could remove from the dashboard of my car. The answer is that of course they could. Just rubbing a finger over it made it come off. I used a damp cloth when I got home and it was no problem to remove. The issue is they didn't wipe down any of the interior surfaces of the car like they were supposed to (and was part of the package I paid for) and not that the glitter was in any way difficult to remove. read more

This morning I visited Rising Tide for the very first time. I was impressed with the simplicity and flow but I was not prepared for the overwhelming kindness and genuine joy that greeted me! Erv assisted me and explained the monthly membership to me. It is not often we encounter the joy of the Lord when we meet others but, Ervs smile, kindness, and joyous presence LITERALLY brought tears to my eyes. I like to think I'm a "positive" human being but, Ervs smile gave me a desire to have that next level kindness and put a sweet pep in my step to begin this day. This world needs more customer service like this! Someone that truly enjoys living and it SHOWS. I will definitely make this location my new go to for car washing. It was my first time at this establishment -- they have a noble cause with 80% of their staff being autistic. The staff is pleasant and there is a huge attention to fine detail. Previously, I've been using the car wash in Scandalfoot but their car wash keeps leaving discolored dots which need to be cleaned with more attention. I didn't say anything and the staff immediately saw the same discolored dots after the first wash attempt. They put me through another wash and after quality time spent cleaning the interior, these dots are FINALLY gone. Thank you. You've gained a new customer. I find this much smoother than Scandalfoot and I support your cause! read more

The trouble with car wash services is that you can't slam them if they don't get one thing wrong. Usually, these services are tiered. Also, the Rising Tide in Margate is not the one in Parkland. And that one key employee can make or break your expectations. The low end service offered at all the Rising Tide car washes is a pretty good value. Once you pony up those extra dollars, it gets really iffy. I mean, after the latest experience with the Manager's Special, I will wash my own car. I know I can do a better job than these guys. The Manager's Special is advertised as cleaning the interior and exterior. So what does it even mean? Exterior cleaning is not much better than what you'll get at a gas station car wash. In fact, it's not like the Rising Tide attendant is going to make sure you've removed all the stuff the car wash will strip off the car if you forget. They don't care. They're just there to make sure the car goes through without a hitch. The interior cleaning is laughable. If you're dumb enough to buy that (like I was), they will wipe the surfaces with a dry cloth. Expecting them to sanitize the surfaces? Guess again. They state it as offered in the Manager's Special, but they don't care. These guys have a schedule to keep. This is why you don't get the Manager's Special. When I called the "manager" on duty, he politely explained that vacuuming out trunks or wiping off dirt or anything that would constitute a good job is not protocol because, you know, lots of cars to clean. My lady begged me to go there today for the wash because she wanted her car cleaned "professionally." She is now disabused of the idea of returning here. Ever. Don't go here. Just don't. This car wash did a terrible job on my interior of my vehicle. I paid for the 33.95 package with full interior and the car was still completely dirty on the inside. They basically dry dusted the inside, there were fingerprints everywhere and I am completely dissatisfied. I will never return and wish I never spend 35$ on this "wash". The mobile services that come to you do such a good job for so much cheaper. I literally could have done this myself in 5 minutes. I am so disappointed because I was so excited for a clean car smh.
