We booked them almost 7 weeks before our daughter's engagement ceremony. We needed them at our home by 3:30pm. Not a problem they said. They asked for payment in full, BEFORE our celebration. We paid. Day of ceremony...NO SHOW. My husband called multiple times repeatedly. No concern or care from owner Ricardo. No urgency to find out where "his guys" were! No explanation or solution with how to help us. All our guests arrived WITHOUT GoldStar Valet services. Two hours later, two guys showed up. No apology. All our guests had parked already. No apology. We had spent a lot of money decorating the front of our home- thinking how beautiful it would look without any cars obstructing the view. Thanks GoldStar. Oh and did I mention that we have been fined by our HOA because we are supposed to provide valet service if more than ten cars are invited to one household. So, you may have refunded us but with that refund you insulted us by telling us that your guys had a flat tire. Funny you didn't know that when we called you over five times asking where our valet service was?! What a joke you are. No courtesy to call, adding undue stress. Beware of this unprofessional, uncommunicative, absolutely disgusting pathetic company.

Do not use this company for any event!…read more I attended a charity function where the valet backed another car into mine and cracked the bumper. I understand that mistakes happen all of the time and the "kid" driving was extremely apologetic, but unfortunately the owner, Alex Alva, wasn't. He refused to pay the damage and was combative when I attempted to seek reimbursement. It's not worth the risk as he will not take responsibility for his employees' actions.
