Meat eaters delight. Can get busy here and you cannot book so ensure you come early so not to be disappointed in the evening. I opted for the ribs (of which there are a variety of these including beef) which were fall off the bone soft. This was served with much chips and coleslaw. You really do not need any more sides with your meal. We had a few cocktails also. They were happy to remake the ones we didn't think were done quiet right. Good place if you are having a casual meal, want to be noisy and enjoy cocktails with smily happy staff serving you.

Bodeans is not my cup of tea, but if beef is, then you're sure to love it. This one is phenomenally popular in Clapham. It's a typical American-style rib-house - all red and black decor and booth seating. The portions are huge and the staff friendly. Best of all are the deals - stop the clock is a good promotion, where you pay the price of the time you order at - e.g 7pm =£7. It's a meat lovers haven and, as a vegetarian, really not for me. I did however enjoy the sides (the veggie burger was pretty uninspiring and bland) including onion rings and corn. Don't go here for a special meal, but if you're after straightforward, no-frills meat then it's a safe bet.

Thank god for Bodean's. When you've been on a real bender the night before (or the whole day and night before, in fact), a meat feast in Bodean's is what will bring you back to life again. I had a special dish they only do on certain days of the week called Burnt Ends, and it was amazing: marinated in a delicious barbeque sauce of sorts, and so juicy and tender it almost melts in your mouth. Which came in handy today, as I was so hungover I almost didn't have the energy to chew. It also helped that the waiter was incredibly friendly and more than happy to hear about our antics the night before. I could eat here every day!

    Old school root beer!

My hubby and I went for a dinner always go by and smell the food which smelt good. So I ordered a Aw root beer and it brought back my child hood memories and for dinner whole rack of baby back ribs which came with chips and colsaw and dip. My hubby got jerk chicken and chips and macaroni and cheese with a glass of red wine. I had asked our helpful waiter which one is better the ribs or baby back ribs. So he said baby back ribs more juicier anyway they were mega dry and their wasn't much meat so I was glad I got the whole baby back ribs because their wasn't much meat on them and they were dry and not smoked or seasoned There BBQ sauces on the table was nice The Marconi was ok, not much taste but ok Paid £40 for whole meal Tried it once, I've had better BBQ slight over priced, friendly helpful staff!

Went here yesterday and it was GREAT! staff were friendly and efficient. Ordered a deal where you got wings, pulled pork, rings, chips, coleslaw AND half a pint for only £15- and the portion sizes were good sizes! I would 100% recommend it!!!!

Bodeans I would describe it as an American BBQ inspired restaurant if that makes sense.

Ed's is very much a retro American diner with their signature sign encased in bright neon lights, mini jukeboxes and a classic diner menu of milkshakes, hot dogs and fries. I wasn't crazy about the food. The cheese on their cheesy fries tasted exceedingly processed which made it quite sickening to eat after a while. Their classic hot dog was nothing to rave about either. For the price you pay, the food tastes more like overpriced fairground fare than tasty diner grub. I suspect they simply need to use better ingredients. The only saving grace was the peanut butter and banana milkshake which was sublime. It comes in a massive portion (enough for 2 servings) which I obviously slurped all by myself because of how good it was. It almost made up for everything else. I probably won't go back for the food but I'm already dreaming off a post-holiday milkshake back at Ed's.

She has a great talent in cutting off people when they speak, overall the food was good as per but her hospitality was shit. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but the ordering process was painless, and the food came out in a timely manner. While this place is higher end than your typical fast food chain, it is still fast casual dining. They did ask how we wanted your burger cooked ("medium" vs "well"), and I thought that was a nice touch. Also, Bleeker has beer on tap and a variety of other beverage options. The burger itself was savory, and the bun less dense than I anticipated. The components are relatively simple patty(s), onion, burger sauce, and buns. You have tomato, mustard, and mayo in bottles at your table. The burger sauce is incredibly delicious. The fries are at least double fried and offer a nice crunch. Again, the bun was so airy, and the burger so simple yet delicious I could have easily eaten another patty. I should have ordered the double cheeseburger. I did like that there were wooden disposable forks available for the saucy fries. Also, the burgers and fries came in sleek little to-go boxes. Some tips: There are 3 locations in the city, so, check and see which location is closest to you. Order the House Fries. These are double fried fries smothered in their creamy burger sauce. If you order "well done," you may want to specify if you don't want any pink, as two people in our group ordered burgers "well," and there was noticeable pink in the patties. I know it might seem tacky to get hamburgers in London, but this spot came highly recommended, and now I know why. Definitely try local London foods, but if you get a craving for burgers... go here! Cheers!!
