When the store is stocked and you can move freely around the aisles, it is a great experience. Despite it being smaller than other stores, I still find what I need a majority of the time. I regularly go to the Glover Park location so am quite familiar with the layout, but I must say this location is spacious and even when it's busy, it's rarely overwhelming. Also the staff here are what makes this location so great! They are always so friendly, fast, and efficient! I have been to other locations where there was a lack of friendliness and efficiency, and these qualities really make the difference. Trader Joe's also still manages to have reasonable prices in DC which I appreciate. Lastly, they have free parking which is always a bonus.

Sometimes I like to peak in to see what flavors of Eastcider or canned cocktails they have. It's usually a little different from other stores. The Asian foods section is robust, with a very wide selection of instant noodles and Buldak ramen! Even though items can be a few dollars more here, it's worth giving it a try if you need something that you cannot get to a large grocery store for. Plus, Streets is well spread out through the city.
