Well my Husband we over to look at Glass pipes and asked me to come look at one, and no sooner did I Bend Down did he scream at me o just watched you put that in your fucking purse... I had already handed everything to my husband but one pack of flint i was going to put back... But as he's screaming at me i can call mo and havw him rewind camera's if you wanna lie.. You know you guys are known for it... There is another customer in the store as he's yelling at me not talkin to me but screaming at me that customer turned around and leaves.. so I threw my purse up on the counter and told him to search it.. After doing so He sees I didn't take anything and apologizes continuously over and over. I purchased my stuff and left!!! Needless to say I'm not going back!!!

From the moment we pulled up the clerk, who…read moreI am assuming is the owner, stared us down out the window never taking his eyes off of us inside the car, walking into the store, and in the store. He was not at all welcoming, looked at us like we were going to steal everything in the place and when asked to look at pieces in the case, he got them out but while still looking at them and discussing them in a supposed PRIVATE conversation with my companion, I said I'm not sure I like xyz about xyz piece but I do like xyz about it and before I could get the words out of my mouth, he yanked it out of my hand and put it back in the case. We should've left then, but didn't. Bought three very overpriced pieces, none of which were marked, all of which he quoted random prices for, which changed a time or two (went up) and then he threw them, NOT GENTLY, into the bag with no wrapping whatsoever. He did not have even a modicum of professionalism and was far from polite, staring us down at the window again as we left, watching every move we made, even inside the car, until we left the lot. When we got home, we realized one piece was cracked. Tried to take it back, a $20 piece and he said we broke it. We told him no, he threw them in the bag with no wrapping so HE broke it and we want our money back. He said no money back but he gave us a MUCH cheaper piece, probably $8 at most and said you can have that instead. Left and went to an established shop across town where they could not have been any more welcoming, had FAR cheaper prices, a much better selection, and everything was on a professional level, including all glass wrapped before being put into the bag. I will never, ever, ever, go to spaced out glass again and I recommend you don't either. You'll just waste time and money and be treated rudely not to mention the fact, most of their pieces are cheaply made crap they're trying to pass off as high end glass.
