Most of the shelves needed re-stocking and every single line was a minimum of 10 people deep, even the self-check out area. I waited 45 minutes to be checked out. The cashier had trouble hearing her scanner so scanned several of my items multiple times (coffee was scanned 4 times!). Good thing I was paying attention and was able to have it corrected. Sadly, the staffing and stocking issue isn't isolated to this location. I've seen it in Powell too and have since moved my business to Giant Eagle.

The one guy that's always there IS SO nice & friendly. He even started keeping our favorite in stock since we kept asking about it! It is a longer drive, but I will be shopping at Kroger for groceries for now on. It was good to see all of the Boar's Head meats and cheeses. Their fresh sushi is outstanding also, picked up the spicy California roll and spicy Tuna roll. The store was clean and I saw a lot of shelves being restocked.
