Now first timers should expect some pain left over after a good massage because it stimulates the muscles and pulls them open to get rid of the knots. They had me come back later in the week to fix it...it looked better but I still didn't have highlights and a month later it's turning colors again! What I asked for: I wanted my hair to eventually be about 2 shades lighter than I had started...after maybe 2-3 sessions of adding brown highlights (not dying my roots!) ....after the orange she had the perfect chance to lighten the color to exactly what I wanted and add the brown highlights but instead she put my hair back to the original dark color at the roots then about 1 1/2 inches she started a brown color...SOLID....that is now not even brown. Soooo, right now I have my natural hair growing back, a 2 inch band of almost black then the weird color. It looks like I box died my hair orange and let it grow out. NOT a professional look at all!! They charged me $300 and They won't even fix it free. The worst part is, when she revealed it being clown orange, she acted like it was normal and how I wanted it.

I almost fell asleep during my massage too. Music is quiet and like a Thai lullaby. Again, this style massage is not for the faint of heart. I'm going to visit at least once per month.
