When I finally reached them on the day of my appointment, I explained I'd be coming straight from work and would need about two minutes to remove my non-waterproof mascara. Less than two hours before my appointment, they canceled it because the artist didn't want to feel rushed. I explained that removing the mascara would take virtually no time, but they had already made the decision for me to cancel and rebook. I had planned my appointment around an event, so rescheduling wasn't an option. The lack of communication and last-minute cancellation felt very unprofessional. I will not be rebooking. One star because the intermediate person relaying this information was very kind.

This place charged us twice, both times for almost twice what they originally said these services…read morewould cost. Initially, I looked at their website, at the services I wanted. I checked out how much it would cost to get what I wanted done, and was pleased to see how much less it was than the national average, which I'd been looking up. So, I made an appointment, because it was affordable (about $100), and because I wanted to try it out. I understood and accepted an agreement to pay that amount, even if I missed my appointment- which is what happened. I take full responsibility for missing my appointment. I figured I'd be out the agreed upon amount, about $100, and was mad at myself, but that's about it. When we got the bill, though, it was for almost twice what they had originally said these services would cost, almost twice what I'd agreed to pay! We tried to dispute it, which only caused us to be charged that full amount, plus an additional charge to the bank for them looking into it. It was almost a hundred dollars more than what I originally agreed to pay. Then, a month later or so later, we received another bill from this company, this one also for significantly more than $100. Not wanting to incur another additional charge from the bank for looking into it, and assuming it would be pointless to fight it because of what happened last time, we paid this second bill too. Like I said, I selected the services I was interested in, was given a total I agreed to pay, around $100. They have now charged closer to $200- twice. I'm leaving this review for two reasons- one, in likely pointless hopes that they'll look into their billing and fix this- stop, refund some of our money, something. The other reason is so that others know that what their website says is NOT what you'll be charged- in my case, it was about half. They add in other fees- for example, for "materials used." How can I owe for materials used, when I never received their services? Regardless of the reasons for the hidden fees, we're talking about being charged almost double the amount agreed upon, with no recourse. So when they hit you with a $200 bill (however many times), when you expected a total of closer to $100 (once, ofc), you're just kind of at their mercy, I guess

They uncharged everything from what was initially agreed to. That would be okay if they did an excellent job but they did a terrible job. The wife wouldn't even let me take a picture it was so bad. The establishment would not discount or refund and they make it sound like they are professional but they are not. This is just a warning for anyone considering using them. I would consider a different place. Not here. Not with the services they provide and lack of customer satisfaction.

One recently with a gentleman. My brows were jacked and I expressed that. Fortunately, the female owner was able to shape them up a bit more and I felt semi decent. Once I get used to a certain tech, I don't want anyone else to service me. I hate being someone's experiment. Nah. Other than the experimenting, my only gripe is that common courtesy is not a thing around here. I'm always one to tip and I've never gotten a "Thank you" instead suggestive services for lip, chin, head, shoulders, knees and toes are offered (slight exaggeration).
