Whenever I booked a slot for the trainer session, the trainer was absent without any notice. I was cancelling the membership but a guy who was at reception promised me a better service but there was no change. When I complaint them one of the receptionist was so aggressive that he threatened to hit me. Initially I was told that there is no fees if I cancel the membership but when I cancle they show me micro typed * conditions apply claus on the membership page. I have delivered the required hand signed letter ( they would not accept a direct email) and they still charged my credit card more than 2 months later! I informed my bank about it and they produced my fake or forged signatures on the agreement. I had To cancle my credit card, get a hardcopy reciept and much more to stop the charging which went for 6 months. This place is horrible.

This place has a great "family vibe" and everybody encourages everybody to do their best! The programming is excellent and completely scalable to meet your level. The coaches will push you hard however they will never compromise your safety or your technique. The best part of the gym is the front area with the heavy bags and functional training equipment. Unfortunately, it's consistently closed off during peak hours for personal training sessions or group classes with loud music that the entire gym must endure. Even when only half the space is being used, the rest of us are still blocked from using any of the equipment. At this point, it feels like members only get access to half the gym -- maybe that should come with a reduced price.
