I went in, and it was what seemed to be just the owner and an apprentice. Before the piercing, he asked if I wanted the placement even and symmetrical with the other side, so I said yes. After the piercing, I told him the placement was off, and the the hole on the inside of my nose seemed to be really really low, close the bottom of my nostril, and also that the diamond on the jewelry was facing towards the sky, not out. I was fully satisfied with my experience, and would recommend this company to anyone who is considering a piercing. Gloves were on from the moment I was in the chair till I left, needles were used and disposed of properly, and earrings were industrial grade steel in sterile packaging. My friend and I came together, and I was also asked to leave the room as soon as a needle came out for my friend's piercings for safety.
