Ive been going here for years! I got my first tattoo here and ive been coming back since. They constantly have events throughout the year for discounted tattoos. On Friday the 13th they do 13$ tattoos and piercings, or you can pay 5$ and come back another day usually within the next two months following the event. Today they are doing a 20$ event for Halloween so you can get themed tattoos. The place is clean, and spacious. You can look around and see what others are getting without being on top of them which i love! Everyone is so nice, patient and friendly. Awful. Came in for a tattoo and they said they would try to find me someone who can do it. The secretary at the counter excitedly jumped up and said "I can do it!" which I thought was strange but anyway she took me to the back and as she started tattooing me, another artist walked by and looked at her and said "Molly!! What are you doing back here?" which then I knew something was wrong. When I was all done I understood why the guy was surprised to see her back there. I got a tattoo here and the artist messed it up and ignored my requests to fix it for months. After another artist at a different shop saw and offered to fix it for free, Sabrina decided to message me and harass me about it even though I had already tried to get it fixed by her. I even asked her to do more tattoos so she wouldn't feel bad about the mistake. I was trying to be nice. That was my mistake. Sabrina went and spread nasty untrue rumors about me which lost me a job opportunity! This is ridiculous and unbelievably unprofessional. Do not go here. I reported it to the shop and haven't heard anything back yet. This is childish and immature and she shouldn't be allowed to tattoo people if she's going to claim ownership of somebody else's body and cause a scene like this and slander people's names because she doesn't want to admit her mistake. I got my nose piercing here back in 2018. It was done with a piercer named Adam and he did an amazing job. I came here last year on Friday the 13th special where they do $13 piercings and tattoos and got 2 nipple piercings for 26$ / 13 each. And one of them fell out so I waited until a recent Friday the 13th event and there was a line out the street. They said if you don't want to wait hours in the line you can pay a $5 deposit and come back before the end of the year . So I did that and when I get there I'm charged $30 for one nipple piercing. I was like what was the point of the whole Friday the 13th thing. And they told me that it's usually 90 for a set and 50 each. I told them I did mine for $26 for both last year and they told me it's never been that price which is not the reality that I know. The whole point of me driving all the way out here was the deal. Also never get the stick and poke tattoos here I got one here a long time ago also for the Friday deal where they make you pick out of a book and it looks bad and lopsided I'm gonna get it lasered off . I came here to get 3 piercings (2nd lobes and a helix) based off positive reviews I had seen. Coming from a medical background, I was paying extra attention to the way needles/gloves/sterile items were used. I was fully satisfied with my experience, and would recommend this company to anyone who is considering a piercing. Gloves were on from the moment I was in the chair till I left, needles were used and disposed of properly, and earrings were industrial grade steel in sterile packaging. My friend and I came together, and I was also asked to leave the room as soon as a needle came out for my friend's piercings for safety. The piercer was professional and patient while we decided where we wanted our holes, and thorough aftercare instructions were provided. Thank you so much! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got a piercing here that was fine and then went back for a "get what you get" tattoo. It was done by an apprentice and she chewed my skin tf up. You can see all the potholes in my skin and how horribly she did. It hurts beyond belief even after doing proper aftercare, I do not recommend going here. I had went back and all the owner had to say was "well she's an apprentice" so yeah really shitty place and he did not gaf. read more

I recently got a tattoo here from Kay and I have nothing but good things to say. I can only really speak to Kay, but she was friendly, patient, and the art she put on my exceeded all of my expectations! I got a little faint at the start (just happens sometimes ya know?) and she got a colleague to bring me a glucose tab asap. Didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed which I've definitely experienced at other shops. The guy who brought the tab checked on me later on, and Kay was checking in with me. But after the first bit was good to go. Kay worked fast and methodically and it was such a fun experience. Highly recommend! read more

DO NOT GO HERE‼ This is the worst tattoo I've experienced and I wouldn't let them pay me to go back! I recently went to their cancer event and they completely messed me all up, and haven't cared to check back with me or anything! I have 20+ tattoos , have gotten some in a shop and some outside of a shop and have NEVER experienced anything like this before. And all I received from the manager was " you just had bad luck " after I had to call because they said I needed to seek medical attention as soon as possible. This tattoo was for my mom that had cancer and recently beat it so out of all my tattoos I have , this one meant the most and definitely turned out the worst. Pictures explain it all and now my tattoo is scabbed up and still in pain. Also no call or message from anybody in the shop 1st picture is the morning after , 2nd picture is 3 days after , 3rd picture is now and this tattoo was done March 27th. I also attached pictures of their response. Go here at your own risk but this isn't the first time I've seen some stuff like this happening at this tattoo shop but never expected it to happen to me . read more

Whoever I spoke to over the phone was nice enough but once I came in to get a piercing done I was told the floor plan was all open and nothing was private and had half walls between like cubicals, I asked her for a private room for what I am about to have done but she said we can't do that in a very matter of fact tone of voice not taking my discomfort or concerns into consideration whatsoever, not only that, she told my bf to straight up leave because she can only have the person getting anything done with her in the room, very rudely. I said I was uncomfortable with all this and she had a very judgmental look on her face and didn't seem to care so we left and went somewhere with a little more common courtesy and compassion and I am so glad we did! I do not recommend anyone come here unless you like being talked to and treated in a condescending manner. read more

Went today with a friend to go get a tattoo after seeing a couple of things on FB and liking what I saw. We both were tattooed by Kyle who was patient, professional and seemed like a cool dude. This place is probably the most unprofessional tattoo studio I have ever walked into. As soon as I got inside I was hoarded by at least 8 people, I told the girl at the front what I was there for she had no idea what I was talking about. Then the girl I KNEW in the studio without looking up from her phone says 'Oh you can't get that done today, he double booked.' I asked what I should do and everyone remains silent. I said okay and began to walk out, and the artist offered me to come back later. I'm actually glad that this unprofessional tattoo artist didn't do his job and double booked appointments because who knows what kind of work he would have done. I see malea for my tattoos and I won't go anywhere else. Everyone there is so nice and cool it's just a veryyyy welcoming place, it's also clean and spacious. Malea is a perfect artist every design I give her to make her own always comes out a million times better then the original and she's so good at placement and her line work is so amazing. I've never gotten so many compliments or comments on my tattoos before. She's very easy to book with and so nice over the phone and in person. If you're looking for someone to book with I might be bias but malea is the only person I care to go to now. read more

This is by far the worst tattoo shop I've ever come across. The people that work there are completely unprofessional! I went there to get a very small simple rose tattoo and it had seemed like nobody knew what they were doing! They have people tattooing that don't even look of age! There was arguing and yelling back and forth across booths as people are getting tattooed. Not to mention how the garbage can in the bathroom was over flowing and it stunk in the shop like marijuana and body odor!! Very gross and unprofessional place! Was going to rate one but whoever I spoke with Thursday was nice. I prepaid on sep 13th for a piercing. Actually a piercing and a tattoo. I came back 3 days in a row before they told me the piercer was at the other location. The person that greeted me on Friday was rude and tbh, if Andrea hadn't said I could come to the Allen park location that day, I would've changed my mind and said forget it. A deal isn't worth the stress or the gas burned searching for a piercer. It seems like the disorganization stems beyond the 13th deal and I honestly became apprehensive to get anything there in the future. Btw, never got my tattoo. They were quick to say come back and no one could tell me she was only a few miles away. read more

Don't even know where to start, they claim to do piercings but when i called asking how much for a nose piercing was told "we don't do those right now" ok no big deal, went in there to buy cleaner for my new piercing (because i went somewhere else to get it) was told they don't even sell the product. If you do go, make sure you don't get Kentucky! Kentucky will charge you for the work and do about half of it. Unprofessional.
