I went in for a 2 hour hot stone massage and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO worth it. Brandy also mixed it up a little for me since I knew I didn't want just hot stones, but also some stretching and general massage. When she was finished, I wasn't ready. I just wanted to lay there for forever. I was completely "bliss"ed out for the rest of the day! I went ahead and made my next appointment with her when I checked out since she books up pretty quick. read more

Excellent establishment! Brandy is so sweet, professional, and friendly. The decor in her building is beautiful and everything is clean. I got a sugar Brazilian wax and was really impressed with it. Her co worker Mindy did my wax and Mrs. Mindy is so sweet! She made an uncomfortable experience very pleasant. We talked the whole time so I was able to redirect the uncomfortable feeling of the wax by conversing. I will definitely be back to see Mrs. Mindy and Brandy! read more

For someone like myself that hasn't had a wax in a few years, Brandy made this so easy and comfortable. Brandy made me feel relaxed in my half nakedness lol. If you've never been waxed and looking to start, Brandy is your girl. Her pricing is also very affordable. I will definitely be back to try out some of her other spa services as well as waxing. read more

I've been to Brandy twice now. I've been getting waxed for years and Brandy is the best! She's very thorough, I've got light colored hair and she doesn't miss any. And she's also a nice person to have a conversation with. read more

My only appointment so far was a Swedish massage with a groupon. Brandy was extremely nice, relaxing, attentive and professional. My massage was absolutely great. The decor in her office was beautiful! It was a very personalized experience and I will certainly be back!!! read more

Brandy was so great. I just moved to the area and needed to find a place for my usual waxing. She is in a very small room in the back of a salon, which isn't ideal, but she was so personable and did a great job I'll definitely keep coming back. I also found out she does massages and skincare, so I found my go-to lady for everything! She was a little pricier than what I'm used to (but based on prices of other waxing studios here, she was comparable). Overall, definitely go see Brandy for whatever you need! read more

Had my first full brazilian done here. Loved it with the sugar wax. Great place for waxing, and Brandy is super awesome and very friendly! Very clean, she has no problem cleaning right infront of you (which I like), amd she explains all her amswers to your questions very thoroughly. The only con is pricing. Some things are priced great, others are a little pricier than i expected, but its all still worth the money you spend! She is highly recommended! read more

I'm a Dual Licensed Esthetician / Massage Therapist. I've been working in the spa and wellness industry since 2009. I'm truly passionate about my work and I believe that is shown through the work I perform. My goal is to help others understand the benefits of massage therapy and skincare, give tips on total body management, and offer a natural approach to skincare. I am giving 4 stars because Jasmine set the bar very high and I feel like other waxers I have seen at the North Charleston location haven't quite lived up to her standard. They are going through some management and company changes right now, so scheduling can be a bit wonky (I got three separate calls to confirm my most recent appointment, in addition to a text, but when I arrived I was placed with a different specialist than I had booked with), but everyone there is very friendly and apparently they are going to be offering more med spa services at this location very soon. All in, I just purchased a Pink Pass (10 Brazillian Sugaring at $54/ea), so I will be going back to see Jasmine for a while!

I happened to park in the back of the store without realizing it so I entered through the back &…read morenot the front. Since I didn't realize it was the back door, I waited back there for 5 minutes for someone to come and greet me. The door chimed when I walked in and the door was unlocked so there was no indication that I was actually walking in the back and not the front. I walked up the middle aisle to see if anyone was there and saw an esthetician lying on the table in a wax room that I passed. I stopped and asked "did I walk in the wrong door?" No response. I kept going until I reached what I realized was the front. I didn't know it at the time, but the woman lying on the table that ignored me previously was to perform my bikini wax. I had to wait another 15 minutes for her to be ready for me. I assume she must have been on a break...which is fine...I have no issues with that. But another esthetician came out while I was waiting and offered to the woman up front to take care of my wax and the woman at the front told her no, that I was waiting for Kayla. Technically I was but I was a new client so I just picked a name when I was booking it online and it would have been nice to be asked "hey do you want to go ahead or would you rather wait". I would have most certainly gone ahead with the woman that was ready for me. Meanwhile, while waiting for Kayla to finish her break, the woman up front had ordered food and proceeded to eat while I was waiting, never having me fill out any sort of paperwork even though I was a newbie to this facility, which she knew because I told her when I checked in. She took a few personal calls as well which was very awkward & well honestly unprofessional. Finally, Kayla was ready...she came to get me and took me back to the room to be waxed. While she was in the room she asked me to disrobe from the waist down, leaving my underwear on. Um WHAT?!? She told me this was standard procedure. Never have I had an esthetician IN the room when I am undressing, nor have I ever had one tell me to leave my undergarments on. Fortunately for me this was my first time at the facility so I ended up getting my wax for free but I would certainly not waste my time going back. I had to stay after mt appointment was over to fill out the paperwork that I should have been filling out while I was waiting. Do yourself a favor & go right across the shopping area to European Wax Center...I have been there since visiting Ultraskin and they are FAR better in all aspects.

I have been using Brandy's services for about 3 years. Ii absolutely wouldn't trust anyone else for such personal services as waxing and sugar Brazilians. She is professional, friendly, and so comfortable to work with. Her place is lovely and spotless and her prices are reasonable for the kind of personalized attention she gives to her customers. I buy her services in packages because I know I will continue to come back on a regular basis. It is my observation that Brandy is equally good with all cultures and ages so give her a try if you want to pamper yourself or would like to try a new service. read more
