Late on the afternoon of the day before my appointment i got an voice mail from the receptionist (Emily). It said, "I'm calling about your appointment tomorrow with Kelsey. If you could give me a call back at your earliest convenience at phone number. Unfortunately Kelsey is not able to do that procedure tomorrow. Again give us a call back and I'm gonna cancel it for now it's just not something she is comfortable doing." An apology would have been nice, but was not forth coming. Why advertise services for men, if the staff is not comfortable performing the procedure. This is very unprofessional to say the least. I will be starting up with some ionic foot soaks with Kim for detoxification starting next week.
