The owner did my nails and complained, initially, that her employee jacked up my nails. I didn't agree and in fact was pleased with the French manner and construction of my nails. However, speaking her first tongue, she informed her husband that she wanted to give me a full new set. I was fine with that until she proceeded to painfully rip the tips and acrylic from my fingers! Ugh!!! After telling her to stop, the result were these weird platypus shaped nails that were SUBSTANTIALLY subpar in comparison to the staff person that she had bashed! When the owner stops caring, find another salon! They seem to cater to the unhinged clientele who speak freely of child abuse and plastic surgery. Heard it with my own ears. Those ladies' nails were perfection. But the final straw for me was hearing the owner say openly that he'll repair nails all day but will get away with whatever he's capable of getting away with. Hope the feds aren't listing in to conversation as such. S/N: He did my nails before. Placed the tips at the very edge of my natural nail that they popped off like press ons within a WEEK! I had to go to another salon to get tips properly applied. Brown people service brown people like crap in this salon.
