This policy was never disclosed before the service, and there was no signage anywhere indicating that tips were mandatory or that a minimum amount was required. What made the experience even worse was that I was not allowed to leave until I paid the tip amount they requested. Tips are supposed to be voluntary, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured. If a business has a tipping policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers before the service begins not after the fact. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling more stressed than relaxed, and I won't be returning.
