I've been coming here for years! The first few times I would get a 30 min massage and I would leave a $10 tip. One time they asked for more money which kind of bugged me so I gave them $15. But I realized if I'm leaving that much might as well get the hour massage. I started working more and earning more money so I started giving them $20 just to be nice. I understand massaging isn't easy and it takes a toll on their bodies as well. But recently I've gotten into some debt so I barely come here now. And I went back to giving them $15. Today the lady Helen has the audacity to complain about only giving her $15. She said at least $20! And gave me an ugly look. I totally took it as disrespect since I tip them always and usually generously. I also don't like how when they do massage you the ladies have full blown conversations in their language. It's kind of annoying as I'm paying for a service and I would like full attention. Anyways I won't be coming here anymore there are plenty of other massage parlors. Called their number, confirmed on $30 for an hr. Got there, confirmed 2 more times with some lady. A mixed, (what seemed to be a black and white female) overheard everything. Went into a room led by a girl, was told to be completely undressed( covered with a sheet ) but end up being massaged by a man. Maybe my fault for not requesting,‍but that will be the last time. Upon checking out, I handed Ling Ling $40. She put the 2 $20s in the drawer and closed it. When I mentioned $30, she seemed confused and said I was massaged for 60min. ( 60 min=1hr..... never mind) I explained I confirmed 3 times. She ended up giving me $10 back.And I tipped the dude because I felt bad he had to see me naked. I love this place. Very relaxing, dark, quiet and clean. Everything you want in a massage parlor! Helen and lily are both very good. They really can tell which muscles need to most attention and they focus on those spots. I live in San Diego and make it a must to get a massage here when I visit my parents. Went here after all the positive recommendations. First time there, they showed me to a room , didn't say anything and left. When they came back I had to ask what was to be kept on. Massage guy came in and worked on my upper back way too long. I had to ask him to stop and move on and he kept going. I thought I was going to get a full body, but a mostly painful back massage. Will ask for someone else next time and guess I have to tell them what I expect. A big disappointment. read more

Amazing place, I've had a leg pain for almost two weeks that made it really hard to walk. I found Sapphire Massage, by accident, the owner was so kind and took me in without an appointment even though it was really busy. She knew what she was doing and said the tendons in my right leg where on top of each other. I dont know how she did it but it worked.
