Later on I also noticed discoloration that is still there because it was not injected deep enough. I've had tear trough filler multiple other times from someone else & really liked it. When Rosalee was injecting I thought to myself that she was not going deep enough but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. I was definitely right & wish her ego would allow her to admit to her mistake & make it right. I messaged her the 2nd week of December & sent pics. I didn't hear anything so after Christmas I messaged again. She said to try Flonase to see if it helps. It didn't help at all. Not the slightest. All it did was irritate & burn my sinuses. I haven't heard from her since December. She hasn't tried to check in at all. That is terrible customer care imo. This filler aged me so badly & I am so disappointed & unhappy with my results & decision to go somewhere new. I guarantee this wouldn't have happened if I went to my regular injector. I hate leaving bad reviews but she doesn't care that she messed up & just acts like it's not a big deal.

I've seen multiple acupuncturists all over the US so I'm not new to this. I have been receiving care from them for a myriad of health concerns the last nearly 2 years. The last few months, however, I switched from private pay to VA and I was constantly hearing how difficult it was to get them to pay, contact them for approvals, etc. The administrator, Sandy was who I spoke with today stated I was "ruining lunch" by trying to reschedule and then proceeded to tell me that it would be best for me to find another acupuncture clinic despite my years of regular patronage. Attempting to get any appointment is like pulling teeth and I've been rescheduled on multiple times by them but I've made it work. I've also booked out appointments until mid-August that are all being canceled now and need to be re-coordinated with the VA Choice program. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and obviously not being paid in a timely fashion by the VA and punishing me because of it. I'm happy to be seeing another acupuncture clinic that has more flexible scheduling, but their treatment of me as a combat veteran was ridiculous. I suggest you go elsewhere if you're considering this place.
