Then when I got there, they said I had to spend a minimum amount of money to get the discount. So I passed on the discount and got the injections anyway. I wish I had walked out that day. I went back so they could see the damage they had done. I mentioned that I re-read their text regarding the discount and it says nothing about a minimum spend. Sarah said they can only fit so much info in a text message. I believe the term for it is "bait and switch." Sarah didn't see anything wrong with my eyes. If she couldn't see anything wrong (pic attached) she's definitly in the wrong business. Not to mention, she clearly doesn't give a rip about the care they provide to their customers. It's all about money. Sarah said there's nothing to be done, and I'll just have to wait it out. I asked for a refund, and she said they don't give refunds and told me to find another provider. I'm thinking she's nuts!!! Why would I go back to them after they did this to me?!! My eyelids are full of fluid, especially at the inside corners, and the bridge of my nose is widened. Later on I also noticed discoloration that is still there because it was not injected deep enough. I've had tear trough filler multiple other times from someone else & really liked it. When Rosalee was injecting I thought to myself that she was not going deep enough but I gave her the benefit of a doubt. I was definitely right & wish her ego would allow her to admit to her mistake & make it right. I messaged her the 2nd week of December & sent pics. I didn't hear anything so after Christmas I messaged again. She said to try Flonase to see if it helps. It didn't help at all. Not the slightest. All it did was irritate & burn my sinuses. I haven't heard from her since December. She hasn't tried to check in at all. That is terrible customer care imo. This filler aged me so badly & I am so disappointed & unhappy with my results & decision to go somewhere new. I guarantee this wouldn't have happened if I went to my regular injector. I hate leaving bad reviews but she doesn't care that she messed up & just acts like it's not a big deal.

Rosalee is not just extremely well educated in her profession she is able to see what will make you look better which is not just a medical education but years of experience and an eye for beauty. No two faces are the same and she knows that. When I ask about what will work for me she is always great at explaining procedures and is very honest, she also never over does any procedure. Her office environment and staff are both professional and warm, it's obvious the staff and Rosalee have great respect and care for each other. I've never been one to get facials, really. When I first moved to Missoula I encountered a seize…read morethe deal special to get one at The New Well and was pretty underwhelmed at how my skin felt a few hours later (not to mention the breakout I experienced almost immediately from the makeup they slathered onto me after my appointment). When my skin got to point-of-crisis dry I'd schedule a facial at Skin Chic hoping to resolve it, but I'd experience the same "eh" feeling a few days later. I'd also look like crap for several days with the huge welts left from extractions as well as the bright red-red of my hyper-exfoliated face. I'd also drop over $100 on the product that was pushed on me, most of which I'd use a few times with limited success. This week I decided to try out Jennifer's new space at Studio 2, and she might just be the first aesthetician to convert me! The appointment itself was really nice: calming space, soothing (but not cheesy) spa music, gorgeous smelling skin care products, a pain-free eyebrow wax, and a phenomenal shoulder and scalp massage to round it all out. And my skin! Jennifer is equipped with the best tools of the trade to leave everything exfoliated and moisturized but not prey to day-after breakouts, sunlight sensitivity, or extreme redness. And she's a super nice person that I really enjoyed spending 90 minutes with. The day after my appointment, I had multiple coworkers tell me my skin looked amazing. I've never had someone compliment me on such a thing. But there you have it: they said that my complexion was "glowing." Four days later, everything still feels soft and moist and gorgeous. I'll be back at least every six weeks.
