The experience is always as good as it possibly can be. The staff have always been super nice and friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I began my tattoo removal process about 9 months ago. The process/appointment/visit was fantastic. When I started this process, there were two payment options, either pay for unlimited sessions for 900 dollars or go session by session for 250 dollars. I inquired with their "experts" approximately how many sessions. They said with the small tattoo I was removing it could be anywhere from two to six sessions. We mutually agreed that because this was such a wide range, I'd go session by session initially. I asked if once I reach 4 sessions ($1000 total) I can transfer to unlimited, which would've cost me an additional $100 and Body Details agreed. Low and behold here we are, scheduled my fourth session and asked if this would be the last time I have to pay until the tattoo is removed. I was told by the manager on friday that because I chose to pay session by session that I would not be allowed to utilize the unlimited option unless I started anew, which now the cost for unlimited is $1700. I explained what I was told (that I'd have option at session 4 to convert to unlimited, which would have cost me more than signing up for this at the beginning). A phone call was made to the owner and they made me an offer of unlimited sessions moving forward for $1000, which means I would have paid a total of $1750 (750 for the three sessions plus 1000 for unlimited). I respectfully declined this offer and offered to pay then $500 dollars for unlimited moving forward. They came back and offered $900. I believe I made a very fair offer which would total 1250 for this service when it should cost 900 if i signed up originally or 1000 if they lived up to their word. I was then informed I would receive a phone call from the owner of the company Britney. It has been now 3 days and not a peep. Most of the service was great although the last two sessions seemed to have no impact on the removal of the tattoo, as if the laser was nit used at full power to not have much effect in the removal process. I will gladly go back of my offer of $500 is accepted for unlimited services going forward but the situation is rather disappointing and as of right now I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I see lorie for tattoo removal, and she is the BEST. I've seen their other nurse practitioner as well, but lorie is my favorite. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time to make it hurt less by really knowing how to cool down the skin properly before using the laser. Can not recommend her enough!! I booked my consultation originally for the Gardens location but was in Boca anyway that day so I called to see if I was able to switch and they were more than accommodating. Morgan, the manager, who I had my consultation with, was the MOST pleasant and well educated young lady I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with in a scenario like this. She went into full details on how the tattoo removal process works and how there is no specific time length as every ink and tattoo is different. She explained the all inclusive fee life time guarantee which is basically, instead of paying x amount of dollars each session, not knowing how many sessions I'd need, I pay one flat fee, and keep going until I'm satisfied with my results. I loved this because other places I've talked to have told me its $300/sessions and they couldn't give me an idea of how many sessions I'd need. So now I know for what I paid, both tattoos I want removed will be 100% removed and I don't have to worry about extra costs. Morgan explained the healing process and how after the first day, it will most likely look a bit darker in certain parts, (it did but it lightened up after a week). I was able to get my first session of laser tattoo removal right after my consult which I thought was amazing. Sayan, the ARNP, was great! She makes you feel so comfortable and explains the process of the cold air and the laser. It's pretty much painless. I'd say the worst part is the cold air since it's so cold it's like a freezer burn almost but it's not THAT bad. It was quick and Sayan explained the proper after care techniques in great detail. She wrapped me up and I was ready to go! I was so impressed with the prices, the staff, and facility, that I even bought a laser hair removal package that same day. I came back a few days later to get that started and I was amazed all over again! Sayan once again made me feel comfortable and not awkward at all. After explaining what would happen with the hair the next few weeks and the proper after care instructions, I was done. She is truly great at her job. Shima is an angel. She was so kind and knowledgeable, she performed my consultation and definitely didn't make it feel like a sales pitch. She answered all of my questions, she explained everything in detail without making it feel like she was talking down to me. She really made this whole experience so easy and comfortable. I forgot my credit card on the counter and she called me as soon as they opened the next day to let me know, I mentioned I had a question but she caught me off guard with the call so I couldn't remember at the time but I called back later and got my answer from someone else. However, when I walked in that night she asked if I remembered my question! Which to me seemed like just a little bit extra to make me feel like they actually do care about me as a client. I didn't catch the name of my technician this time but she was extremely professional, she was conservative with the laser for my first time which I was thankful for because if I'm honest I was a bit nervous about the pain but she continued to ask about the discomfort level and she went slower when she could tell it was a little much for me.
