I can not say enough about my experience with Dr. Tarte! She was AMAZING! And her assistant Jenn was incredible too! I was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency and was in excruciating pain I called them crying in tears and they instantly took me in! Dr. Tarte greeted me at the door and assured me she was going to make sure I was taken care of right away. I was in and out within 40min with a tooth extraction and finally pain free! If you come in for a cleaning , it's more like a spa experience. First, you walk into your favorite music playing, no bright lights, and you get to choose your polish flavor from the bar, that's right, the bar! Mojito Mint was my flavor of choice. You will get an education on how to properly clean your teeth, a hot towel to conclude, and a cute goodie bag for the road. If you are there for x-rays, you will experience the most high-tech process and be educated on the status of your mouth and teeth health. This office offers a customer-oriented approach... The staff are very friendly and professional at the same time... Dr. Tarte welcomes many questions I have regarding saving my infected tooth, even one final question right before extracting it... Dr. Tarte is willing to discuss different treatment options to help me without trying to pressure me into any... Her extraction and post-extraction bone graft work does not give me any pain... Natalia cleans my teeth with care and offers me polishes and fluoride with different flavors... They even offer individualized music while I am waiting and undergoing treatment... Dr. Tarte even calls me up in the evening after the extraction of my tooth and post-extraction bone graft in the afternoon to check up on my progress... The staff at Semidey is so personable and lovable. They offer you such a welcoming feel, like you are family. The vibe in the office fits that type of treatment, it is so homey. And relaxed. Best damn dentist I ever had. Hands down! Unfortunately due to a misspent youth, I had to become an aficionado of dental offices later in life. So, I can be a qualified critic. Dr. Alex and the Semidey team are amazing. Their office is super clean and organized, they follow very stringent Covid protocols and Kat (their office manager) is so friendly. Today's experience was two tooth extractions to the guitar riffs of my self -picked Pink Floyd soundtrack. That's right, you can pick your own tunes while they work on you. Dr Alex made what should have been a complicated and painful procedure pretty much a walk in the park. And now I'm home and on the couch and who was my evening call? Dr Alex! Let's start from the beginning, from my initial Visit with their amazing hygienist to my consultation and follow-up procedure with Dr. Semidey everything was perfect. The office staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. The office itself is impeccably clean and tranquil. I almost fell asleep during my deep cavity work!
