Then will close every location in your state two months later without even notifying its customers and after WEEKS of trying to contact them, I'm told to feel free to visit any of their other locations in FL. Meanwhile I live in North GA. Let me just drive 16 hours round trip to get a monthly Laser Treatment done. Refund? I'm told it's in the contract they won't give refunds for stores closing. Since 2020 I have had issues with your centers and my appointments. No one confirms I even have my appointment anymore and I'm not going to waste an hour trip to your closest center to risk it being closed, which has also happened to me in the past. I have contacted the location numerous times, sent text messages to your customer service number and not received any type of response from anyone, no one answers the phones or responds to my voicemails or messages. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! I highly recommend NOT to use this company. I felt pressured and coerced to do my first treatment the same day of consultation. I had an adverse reaction my first visit. The left side of my face was swollen for days. It now has small bumps and the skin is peeling away. I contacted their office on a Tuesday after the initial treatment on the Friday. They are not open on Sundays and Mondays. I expressed my concerns about the reaction I had and explained I was scared of the reaction repeating and did NOT want to continue these treatments. I had ONE treatment and offered to pay for the one treatment. They were dismissive and IGNORED MY CONCERNS told me I had nothing to be scared of and it's too late now because I already signed the contract so oh well. I asked to speak with someone in their corporate office. For over 2 weeks I waited to hear from someone in corporate office, no one called or responded to my emails. Each time I called the local office for an update, they had me resending my written complaint and pictures (AT LEAST 6 TIMES) to their "support@bodydetails"email where no one ever responded. In the meantime, they made sure they collected their $2800.00 from their finance company. I disputed the charges. These people do NOT care about your well being or concerns. They rush you through the paperwork to get you in for the first treatment. I asked several times for their corporate number. All I got was the run around and more lies that someone would get back to me. If a person has a bad reaction from their first treatment, why would anyone want to return again. My left jaw where I had the laser treatment is now showing serious irritation, burns and skin peeling from the laser treatment. BUYER BEWARE read more

If i could give this place no stars I would. Where to start? well I should start by tell you not to come here. Go somewhere else! When I first signed my contract, i was going to one location, after one session that location closed and they sent me to the next closest location in Fort Lauderdale which is about 20 minutes away. After 2 sessions that location closed as well and I was sent to Aventura which is 45 minutes each way for a laser treatment. If I knew all of their locations would close i would've never signed a contract. i should've seen the red flags when they damn near harassed me in signing the contract. When I complained to customer support, they responded 2 months later to my complaint and said I couldn't get out the contract but they would add another area for the inconvenience. I agreed and told them the area I would like added and I haven't heard anything else from them and this was in August and the area still hasn't been added. The $25 no show fee? it's not $25 it's $10 for every 10 minutes and after 20 minutes they charge $100. You can barely get an appointment because they keep closing locations and sending people across the world I would never recommend this place!!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I would not give any stars if that was an option. I went here for laser weight loss treatment. They gave me a "discounted" price. I was told I would lose INCHES. When I went for treatment I was weighed and measured. They performed the laser procedure gave me instructions to drink lots of water. I was told they would follow up with me in 12 weeks. The first week after the procedure I had bloody stool. I do not know if the procedure actually caused this but nothing else happened to me that would have. Fast forward 13 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I call them to check in. First the mess up the appointment day so we scheduled again. I go in, get weighed and measured again. Not only did I not lose but I gained. I told them that I had been drinking more water than I ever had and that I was eating very healthy and drinking very little alcohol in an effort to have a successful outcome. I also told them about the bloody stool which they immediately dismissed. They knew I was terribly disappointed. I asked for a refund and even said I would be okay with a 50% refund. I was told that they would check with corporate and give me a call. True to form, I still have not heard anything back from anyone. I say again... DO NOT GO HERE! read more

They should start by updating their google hours. Google says they are open til 6pm still. I transferred to palm beach to have a Russian lady burn my skin severely. Then when I made an appointment one year later to have them see the damaged skin that they photographed 3 months after they burned it. They charge me a 450.00 no show fee. She changed the settings. My notes have used those setting before at the coral gables location and they had to switch them back. This lady had me left with swollen blisters the same day. Never seen that. My recovery is normal one maybe two weeks. This was 5-6 week recovery and the hyper and hypo pigmentation loss is severe. She tried to treat me again when I showed her the damage. Stay away from this location! Also when I paid 15k they lied and said the hair and tattoo removal would be a lifetime guarantee. Then they changed that. Scan scam scam. Seeking legal council. 15k to a scam that ruined my modeling business now I'll pay 15k to seek justice read more

I've had paid laser treatments with the lifetime follow up treatments included, but had not been back for over a year and didn't know what to expect. When I called the PGA location, I was scheduled right away for that weekend and when I got there Dawn was ready and made me feel very at ease and comfortable. When I went to this laser hair removal place, all I got was a sales pitch rather than them asking me first what I wanted removed. They're very forceful to get me into signing up for this credit card company, the lady who I went in with for my consultation wasn't even the doctor herself, she sat me down and made it seem like a doctor. She had a white coat on, dark hair, seemed very kind and professional at first till she started with her sales pitch. The only doctor they had was the actual nurse who did the laser treatment. I went in there with intentions and a plan to know what I needed as a budget knowing how much I could spend, she then forced and judged me because I told her that I didn't want my name on another credit card. Or whatever she was trying to get me to sign up for. She kept asking me "why" didn't I want the cheaper price (if I sign up for the credit card/loan) and why I would want to pay more instead, just so I didn't have to have my name on a credit card. They wanted me to sign up for this credit card or whatever It is, however much I tried to tell her NO. THE HAVE A COMPUTER IN THE CONSULTATION ROOM FOR YOU TO SIGN UP FOR THE CREDIT CARD she pointed at it and said "it's such a quick process we can get you signed up and approved right away" she then handed me a pamphlet to see if I could change my mind. Mind you, we've been in that room for 20 minutes and still she hasn't told me the process of the removal. She also said that if I don't sign up right away for appointments that they have a waiting line cause they're booked for "months". I knew that they weren't booked full for months and was just a tactic for them to get me to least have a down payment. She acted really nice when I first came in till I kindly told her no to all the stuff she said and I came her for a consult. She then proceeded to make the comment "oh so you're just price shopping", saying it in a very rude way. I came in with a friend that day that had a following appointment and they did the same thing to her. I would just like to say how scary it is to feel vulnerable and scared to to be in a room and someone forcing all these things on you and making you feel belittled. I told her that I was a college student and that I couldn't afford to risk anything with my name on with on top of my school payments. She didn't care about that, she cared about making a sale. She did not care about me one bit when the appointment was done. This took me months to finally get this out of my system, I highly do not recommend this place unless you want to get a sales pitch. I've been coming here for a year for treatment of my underarms and am very happy with the effectiveness of the treatment and the friendliness of the staff. I signed up for a separate treatment for my legs earlier this year and am ecstatic with the results. It's a little painful, but worth it. Between Shima and Rachel you couldn't ask for two more personable, friendly, and extremely professional people to run this place. They are wonderful! Unfortunately Shima is no longer at the PGA location and their front desk area seems to have a high turnover and lack professionalism. With Shima there you'd leave with little goodie bags and have a nicely decorated waiting area. Now you get to look at broken water cooler that's been sitting there since the beginning of the year. Obviously these are minor and don't matter in the grand scheme of laser hair removal because once you are in the hands of Rachel you will see why this place is the best! She makes you so comfortable throughout the entire treatment and is so easy to talk to as if she's known you her whole life! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my treatments after going to her! This was the worst experience ever. I made an appointment to go in for a treatment and instead I got a huge sales pitch. I have had laser hair removal at several different places around the country and I have never had to sit through a sales pitch complete with a power point on an iPad. Then I was told I would have to wait until later in the day if I wanted an actual treatment. I made it clear on the phone what areas I wanted done when I made the appointment. I felt sorry for the young woman giving me the "pitch". She was doing what she was told to do. However, I had plans to leave the country the next week and I really wanted to get my treatment done. They wasted my time. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone and I'd never go back. In the car, I called Aqua and explained what I wanted. They got it and I got an appointment. Very unprofessional manager. I feel like the laser technician is not very experienced because I left looking pretty much the same way that I went in "with the hair". I have had laser hair removal in the past, therefore I knew what to expect during and after each treatment. I politely brought my concerns to the facility manager who did nothing to accommodate my needs. There's no one above them to get in touch with in regards to such horrible service. With this in mind, their reputation will soon be as bad as Ideal Image's. Don't waste your time and money by going there. Do not sign their contract. They're only nice before you sign it, and disregard any issue that you might have afterwards, instead of trying to make things better. There's no sense of purchasing something and being locked into a contract if there's no stipulation for you to break it if the services being provided is not as advertised, it's just plain HORRIBLE.
