I found the length of time unreasonably long. No inquire calls were made about my health prior to the 3 month's mark. She replied that I am naturally uneven and to would have to go up in lip volume, even though my second opinion says otherwise. I was concerned because, even though I did not go to her for my lips, why she didn't say so upon the first visit? a sales tactic? It was never mentioned, but again she said I would have to go up, that's probably another $450 for a half vial. If she's so good, and I am uneven, why didn't she say so in the first place? The audacity of her saying "She would not be doing it for free". (I didn't ask her to). I could buy that entire practice so imply anything about my spending. While I understand that emergencies happen, this has become a pattern. What's most frustrating is the lack of communication and customer service. I've repeatedly tried calling to reschedule and have been unable to reach anyone. As a prepaid customer, I shouldn't have to chase down a business just to receive services I've already paid for. Laser hair removal requires treatments on a consistent schedule for the best results, and these repeated cancellations and inability to get in touch have unnecessarily interrupted my treatment plan.
