The instructors are really positive, understanding, and are willing to make modifications. All of the classes offer something different and I loved doing a mix of cardio+, strength, resistance and release. The membership cost is worth the level of work out you get in each class and the incredible people. I'm sad that I can't attend this gym anymore due to moving. Scheduling on the app is easy. The only negative is that sometimes during busy hours parking at the boulder location can be challenging. I hope to go back to this gym occasionally. My favorite instructors are Natasha, Ryan, Raleigh, Bryan, Tess, Adria and Justin.

They were undergoing renovation, so they moved the free weights and some of the machines onto the basketball court. Not an inconvenience for me, and I bet it will look great when they are finished. They have plenty of cardio machines, an indoor track, indoor and outdoor pools and very nice locker rooms. Full sized hair dryers, sauna, steam and whirlpool. I was very happy with my afternoon here!

Your GPS will send you to a parking garage, which is the correct parking garage. The Lifetime pool is to the right of the entrance so if you are looking at the gate of the pool, you're heading the right way. This Lifetime is single story one level and my favorite part is the indoor lap pool, hot tub, cold plunge steam room, and sauna combination. The kitchen here is not a full-service kitchen, so you'll find lots of snacks and easy things like avocado toast. I do love the booths here. They're super aesthetic and comfy. I also like the GTX/ultra fit room. I can't wait to come back to take a class here. Lots of spots open the picture that I took only shows half the room so just double the spots. Double the spots for double the fun!

Every single piece of equipment is state-of-the-art, spotless, and feels brand new. The outdoor pool is amazing and having an indoor pool for winter is a total game changer and a must for Boulder. I was greeted at the front desk by the friendliest guy ever, which set the tone. The locker room felt more like a luxury spa than a gym and was immaculate, modern, and honestly kind of gorgeous. The treadmills were next-level too. They even had a setting where it feels like you're pushing a sled. And the recovery area....Unreal. Massages, deep stretching, pneumatic leg recovery--the works. This is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to again and again. First impressions matter, and this one was straight-up number one. We contacted them to resolve the issue, and they offered only to issue a cancellation in exchange for paying for another month of service, even though she is unable to use her membership. They said they would call her back after speaking with the manager, and they never did. We tried contacting them again and did not receive a response. We have since charged back on our credit card for multiple months of charges and have been refunded each time. Despite this, Orange Theory continues to charge our card each month, and we continue to issue chargebacks to our credit card. Very disappointing experience and bad business on Orange Theory's part.

Both my wife and I attended one the workshops in Green Valley, AZ. The purpose of the workshop was…read moreabout nephrology, neither of which we have, but since the workshop was also about nutrition we decided to go. The presentation was well presented and even spoke to those with diabetics which my wife has. Some benefits were addressed such as a possible side beneft of weight loss, but that was not emphized. The benefit in that area with a proper diet along with the nutritional and minerals supplements might lead to waist size reduction. We were somwhat reluctant to sign up due to the cost, but decided to do so. As the spouse I would also get a free six month supply of the nutritional supplements and minerals. For me I did not need to lose weight, but after 30 to 60 days I did lose maybe 5 pounds and my waist size went from about 35 inches to 33 inches. In addition several years ago I was diagosed with Afib, congestive heart failure and COPD. The heart doctor currently has me on some six Rx drugs, These Rx drugs had caused constant diarrhea and the doctor said it was something I had to live with. After taking the nutriants for 30 to 60 days, I woke up one morning and the diarrhea was gone and has not come back. Afetr finishing the six month program it was suggested i address the RX drugs I am on to see if the drug dosages can be reduced or in some cases eliminated. Coaches are super welcoming and very knowledgeable and really take one on one approach. Fast forward a year later and I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm stronger, more flexible and have much better endurance. I've learned lifts and movements I never thought possible before. Next are ring-ups and walking handstands. Can't thank you guys enough.

I'd never done any olympic lifting before, and I initially thought it was really intimidating, but they are so great about teaching safe and proper form, and not pressuring you to throw more weight on the bar than you are ready for. In any workout they are able to give you options for modifying a movement if you have an injury, or maybe just aren't advanced enough to do the "Rx" version (me). I can't recommend them highly enough!
