I treated myself to a Hydrating Facial while I was in town for my birthday last month. Eliza did a fabulous job, and my skin was glowing afterwards! Heads up - I was told that while the service is listed as 60 minutes, it's really supposed to only be 45 minutes max. I loved the service so much that I booked another one for my mom for her birthday, and I will definitely be back the next time I am in town. read more

It amazes me that this place doesn't have a review as of yet. However, I'm glad I can be the first to validate such an awesome business! I booked my service for clusters which is a 30 min service, however I was interested in the mink individuals. I didn't see it for the day I wanted so I decided the clusters would suffice. I arrived at the location which is reminiscent of an office or medical suite building and walked upstairs. The interior of the suite was decorated nicely with a modern/glam/girly look. Think of black walls, furry fluffy pillows and the air filled with something that smells like it came from Bath and Body Works. Very inviting, cute and very much my style. Upon arriving I was greeted by a sweet girl (insert the girl from St Louis name here ... I think she was from St Louis). She asked about my expectations and I stated my preference for the individuals, but couldn't book it. I was told that Khadijah does the individuals but she was finishing a client. Now remind you there is a 2 hour difference between the service time of clusters and mink individuals. Guys, when I say that Khadijah didn't blink twice about staying late to switch my service and give me what I want regardless that the booking error was my fault!! I was so impressed/shocked/ slightly in love at that moment. We all know closing time ain't nothing to play with nor would I dare be upset if she declined, but that's unheard of customer service!! I've only had individuals done once a while ago in Snellville by some other studio and it looked like I had all of 25 lashes on each eye (this is with the deluxe package). So I was very hesitant to pay this type of money again for the same outcome. However, Khadijah had my lashes looking absolutely amazing! They were full, the price was great and I'll say it again ... the customer service was amazing! So let's cover some key points: Scheduling: I booked my appointment online and received a confirmation soon after via e-mail with all of the details. The process was simple and efficient. At the moment, not every service is listed. However, you can always call and explore anything you might not see listed. I.E. Bottom lash service. Price: I think this is one of the best priced places I've found. Customer service: I can't say it enough, she treats you how you'd treat your mother (granted you like your mom a whole lot!) That's honestly the level of service I would expect after being a longtime customer, not just someone who walked in for the first time. It just doesn't happen anymore nowadays unfortunately. It's so great to see people who value your patronage, time and hard earned money. Longevity? I waited a week to post this review. As we all know, everything is great at first. It has now been 9 days and I've lost maybe 7 lashes in total and my eyes still look full! Time for service: It took about 2.5 hours for a full glam set. Khadijah is a perfectionist so make sure you have the time set aside to get them applied correctly! Final say: As long as everything stays the same I will continue to drive out here for my lashes. BAD SERVICE - This was my second time getting a hydrating facial at Body Glam on 2-11-2020. It was a bad experience... the facial was poorly executed. Not only was the young lady that did my facial late... once she arrived, she didn't bother to acknowledge who she was or to apologize for her lateness. Once she finished milling around, she directed me to the back. She never stated her name, didn't change into a lab jacket, nor provided no head wrap. I could barely feel her touching my face. I wanted to get up and leave, it was just that bad. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. What a waste of time and money. I won't be returning. read more
