Because my lady told me she used to work at this chain, and she's so amazing, I thought that all the ladies would be the same. Absolutely not. I booked a Brazilian (30 min) and inner leg (15min). I should've had 45 minutes total but instead they had me out in 15 minutes battered and bruised. Note: I have never bruised or bled or even yelped in pain in all the 30+ waxes I've received in my life. I have literally been drinking a glass of wine and eating a charcuterie board while getting waxed just fine. This woman just covered large areas with wax and ripped them off to save time and get me out the door. When I was all bruised, she tried to blame it on me shaving. No. It's only been 4 months since my last wax and I only shaved once in between. Ive had waxes in the past after a year of shaving and never had any damage. My skin is not sensitive in the slightest. Stay away from this place. It's honestly the McDonald's of waxing salons. Spend an extra $10 and go to a real aesthetician who takes care of you.

The space is very clean, and Brittany is welcoming and nice. I got the Brazilian, an underarm, and lip waxes. One of the less painful Brazilians I've had in a long time. She removed most of the hair with a hard wax and then did clean up with sugar. Love that so much! It leaves my whoohaa just feeling like she cared. Lol! The underarm and lip were pretty painless too. No strips used on either. What I loved most was that she didnt try to sell me a bunch of products. I have issues with ingrown hairs that I told her might be from the wax the previous lady used. This spa offers services for henna, eye brow threading, Brazilian waxing, sugaring (less painful so I hear) and other services. Customer service is great. I walked in and signed in. Sabina groomed my eyebrows. I explained the look I was going for and she did exactly what I described. This is a big plus because eyebrows shape your face. She cleaned my face and then handed me a mirror. There was no wait for service which probably because I got there at a non peak time not before opening or closing. She also showed me prices for other services which were reasonable. They are located next to a wing place on the left the shop and dunking doughnuts on the right. The lady suggested that I use their sugar wax and so I did and I'm not sure if it was the wax or her method, but she was waxing the same area multiple times causing irritation. In addition to that my entire vagina began to rash up about 15 to 20 minutes after I got the wax and I've NEVER experienced that. I've been getting waxed for two years now and I have NEVER EVER broken out from getting a wax up until now. My entire vagina was red and inflamed, and I am now starting to see the scars from it, that's just how bad it was. I don't know if they've done cross contamination or if I caught anything so I immediately went to my doctor and now I'm just waiting on results, prayerfully I didn't get exposed to anything, but I would never go here again and I do not recommend them AT ALL.
