Texted to get a same week, in home massage appointment, that came with full kit provided - table, fresh aromatherapy sheets, oil, and relaxing spa tunes. Answered all my questions and confirmed the best time for me. I just dimmed the lights and set some water aside for myself. I've had a knot in my shoulder for months, hurt just to move, and after only the first 30 minutes, I finally felt it melt away. I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, sciatica and SI joint dysfunction, no injury - just born that away, and Kirsten's pressure, warmth and technique really unlocked those stubborn muscles wrapped around the joint. By the end of the 60 minutes, I could even bend my problem knee without the popping! Incredible! We're not out of the woods yet with this old bag of bones, so I have my 90 minutes scheduled next!!
