I have been coming to this location for the last several years and I had an amazing experience last night with Kayla T. She was wonderful, understanding and focus on the area of concerns, she gave her recommendations based on my needs and I can say I feel so much better this morning. I have seen other masseuses at this location, Sheila, Brigette, and a few others. I can say I have not had a bad experience. She is awesome and always leaves my back feeling significantly better! She is professional and very sweet. This location is very clean and I am always received promptly for my appointments. Today, I went to get a gift card for each of my daughters' birthdays. In addition, I went to check the status of three accounts that are paid on MY credit card. When I found out two of the accounts had 11 credits each, I wanted only the payments to STOP! I was told NO only the others could stop or close the accounts. I texted my team to which both said close it... but those limited Massage Envy employees said NO! I thought I OPENED and I was paying. Therefore, I should not have to report Massage Envy to J. P. Morgan CHASE bank got FRAUD. I was so beyond frustrated and even worse told me to comeback Monday and no one in leadership or management could help me,"we want leave a note." Happy to have a massage envy in Laveen. I have signed up for the membership and really have enjoyed the discounted rates it comes with. It's obvious a lot of people utilize this location because it can take weeks to get in for an appointment. I typically get facials as I find them to be more relaxing. The aestheticians here are fantastical and the grind desk team are always welcoming. I want to say I highly recommend however I want less people going here so they aren't so busy all the time!! read more

I freakin love this place. I'm so happy that Laveen finally has a Message Envy so that I no longer have to make that long drive to Avondale. I have tried 3 different massage therapists here at this location, and I was very happy with each of them. I decided to become a member so that now I get a massage every month at a discount. I scheduled a appointment 1 month out. That's the first availability they had. The same day as my appointment, they called me to cancel my appointment. When I tried to see someone else, there was no one available. I had to schedule another appointment. Which was another 1 month out. Customer Service is not great. The person who called me, left a voice-mail message for me and who I spoke to when I called back, were very unhelpful. I do not recommend going to this location. If you do, and they cancel your appointment the same day after waiting a month to be seen. Don't say you weren't warned. read more

I book at massage envy's all the time and this is the second time they've called the day of, an hour before or when I show up, and canceled a scheduled appointment for an "emergency" I'm not sure what's going on - they have great massage therapists I enjoy visiting and would love to give better ratings to - but this seems unprofessional. I don't know if it's a front desk thing or them booking when they shouldn't be but I'm putting in a second review saying the same thing the first review confirms should have management reviewing what's happening here. read more

Not a company that believes in reliability.........I leave a event that i cant re-enter just for Massage Envy to call me (30min before my appointment) to cancel my appointment and cant get me in again until june 1st (over 2 weeks later) . Second time with this same type of situation and never any compensation. And they never have availability unless its the time frame most people have to work ..... and I dont go for relaxation i go for healing and pain management reasons so this is unacceptable . Really think i should take my Money somewhere else. Cause this service is not cheap but apparently clients time is not important, but let you cancel with less than 24hr notice and they want 50% of your money ....SMH read more
