Of course, insurance covered it, although, I had to shell out $1000 deductible. Was worth it. It took Caliber around 4 days to repair the damage like new. Plus the car looked clean. They text you all the way through the process from start to finish. Very professional. I had an appointment at 1pm with Buster Renfroe. I arrived shortly before 1pm. I was told by the receptionist that Buster was still at lunch, and should be back at anytime. 30 minutes pass, and he's still a no show. The receptionist ask another employee to take pictures of my car, and Buster would write up the estimate and email it to me. I received a call from Buster a few hours later wanting my email address. I explained my frustrations with him missing the appointment. I used MY entire lunch break waiting around on this required insurance appointment with HIM to have my vehicle fixed. He became very combative with me. We exchanged a few choice words. She asked me to send photos, but couldn't tell how much damage, so she asked me to come up there. The facility is family run and extremely clean; you'd never know it was mechanic place. The manager came out and looked at it immediately. He looked up cost of new mirror which was close to $500. I panicked a little, but he said he could try to push on it or just buy the new mirror. I asked if he could before we purchased. He did and after a couple of minutes he got it back and told me there was no charge! I'll definitely refer anyone to them.
