When I went to have the repair redone , Craig tried to accuse me of pulling the part off manually. it took 6 weeks for them to complete the order for my part and I was told AFTER the work was complete that the repair wasn't under warranty and I was expected to pay full price even though their policy states all repairs are under warranty for the life of the vehicle. I was told the owner would contact me the next day to follow up and answer my questions, now there's an excuse and straight up nasty attitude and poor customer service when I call to follow up and i STILL haven't heard from the owner over a week later. Nicole at the front desk is ridiculously nice, and the work was excellent. I scratched the trunk of my partners new Lexus and other places wanted $700+ to fix it (it wasn't a bad scratch either) and Central Collision did it for about $400, in a reasonable amount of time. One issue was that they had scratched the car while doing the work (only noticeable under a thorough inspection) however, they did not hesitate to take it and repaint it for free. They mix their own paints identical to factory paints, so even though the Lexus has a specialty paint, they were able to recreate the paint instead of having to order it from the factory. I cannot say enough things about Central Collision in Mableton.

The reason insurance didn't pay the first time was because the invoice was incorrect (wrong repair). they resubmitted and it was paid in February. fast forward to now, my son was let go and they advised him yesterday (6 months later) that his mom owed 489.22 and that they were deducting it from his last check. Naturally I called insurance company...all claims paid. I called candy Apple and they refuse to give me a bill so I can pay it since it's my vehicle and not my sons problem. They refused. So I went there to get it in person and they still refused. They called the police. Do not use Candy Apple Customs. They obviously are doing some questionable things with billing.
