If I could give them a -5 stars review I would. I was hit on my brand new car less than a month…read moreafter I got it. The damage was extensive plus two airbags went off. They gave me an estimate and said the damage would have to be more than 75% of the value for the insurance to total the car. The initial estimate was about 50% so I had to tell them to repair my car. It took them 2 months, I kept checking and they were always telling me stories about not getting parts and then had to send the car to Hyundai to get the airbags programmed and supposedly this other place took a long time. I told them my car rental coverage was going to run out and they said they would pick up the bill if the car wasn't ready. I picked up my car the day my rental coverage ended and when I went to charge my phone I noticed neither of the two power adapters was working. I took the car back and continued to drive the same rental I had been planning to return on that day. It took them 12 days to give me the car back and the power outlets hadn't been fixed. He blamed the Hyundai place for not fixing them and sending the car back even though the outlets weren't still working. He said there was nothing he could do and he couldn't keep paying a tow truck to send the car to Hyundai. So I had to take the car to another Hyundai place and of course they found out that the problem is definitely related to the accident, therefore is not covered under the warranty. I also found out that the total repair cost paid to C&S was over $12,000 which is more than 75% of the value of the car. I think C&S gave a low initial estimate so they could get the job instead of having the car totaled. And of course he didn't want to pay for the rental car on the additional days he had the car, so I had a bill of almost $300. They are very nice people and that fooled me into thinking that they were honest and reliable but it's been one disappointment after another.

Out 700 for failed paint jobs for a 150 small, easy paint job!…read morePlus ruined brand new OEM Part! So out 1280 total! Not including tire repair. We purchased (580 incl shipping) brand new OEM small trim piece for our vehicle (because delearship damaged) and needed it painted. Chose Body Masters because of good reviews. Were quoted 150 for the paint job. It was not allowed to cure and was damaged as a result during and immediately post install. We paid out of pocket to have it restripped and painted again. This time 210 because needed brackets that were broken taking the trim piece off from the 1st paint fail. We even tipped the sweet lady, Mandy, at front desk 100 just for helping set up appointment and gave the painter, Jody, 250 in total tips hoping to give him incentive to do a great job as this was going on brand new expensive vehicle. 2nd attempt resulted in part not matching colorwise, having trash in paint, and run marks throughout. They offer a lifetime warranty so we asked them to fix it for a 3rd time as we should not have to keep paying for a job that isn't done right. We picked up the part to allow it to cure properly after the 3rd attempt before installing. Unfortunately, this attempt failed too. It looks like all Jody did this time was clear it again making all the runs and trash even worse? We were going to try to compound out 3rd failed attempt ourselves, but after waiting weeks for it to cure, noted alot of trash and many run marks including one majorly visible on right fender edge that could not be fixed without possible damage when sanding and being highly noticeable. Many phone calls made to have this part fixed correctly have been unsuccessful. They would even pick up phone without saying a word, breathe, then hang up on us. Then took phone off the hook. We waited to post this review hoping Body Masters would respond to our multiple calls and voicemails to fix this issue correctly especially since they told us their work had a lifetime warranty and to bring it back if ever an issue. On top of everything, during the 1st visit, Jody gunned our Bronco Raptor and parked in a sea of bolts and debris in the shop. This resulted in a flat tire on a brand new vehicle/tire with less than 200 miles that had to be repaired by us. Didn't appreciate Jody gunning our brand new Bronco Raptor but overlooked that. Should change name to body beginners
