I was referred to Body Mechanix because of my reoccurring headaches. My doctor hoped that the physical therapy may relieve muscle tension in my neck which could trigger the headaches. Sad to say that the muscle tension may not have been the actual trigger of headaches because I still have them. But I am getting a great workout and maybe it is not an instant fix to eliminate my headaches. The atmosphere Body Mechanix is fantastic. It is just the right size to get to know the people and never too crowded to have plenty of room to work out. I look forward to each workout. read more

I have had multiple surgeries over the past 25+ years, and have used multiple physical therapists in the north towns. Body Mechanix is the best, and my working with Dave and Kevin has given me great results. I just finished several months as a patient at Body Mechanics in Lockport as a result of a serious injury from a fall. This was my fourth time in ten years using this group, twice post surgery, a car accident and now a fall. I cannot say enough about them. They are dedicated, answer your questions, work hard with you and encourage you at every step of the process. I have worked with both Kevin and Mallory for my rounds of therapy and have completed each of them feeling like "I had my life back again." I was faithful about doing exercises at home during each round of PT and continue to do so this time as well. I cannot express the level of respect I have for this group. I was referred to Body Mechanix by my surgeon after a total knee replacement. It has been three weeks and I am thrilled with my progress. This is the only place to go in Lockport for physical therapy. Great staff very knowledgeable.

I think their PT regimen for all clients is the same, no matter what your specific complaint is. Everyone was doing the same routine. Not much help for my spinal stenosis. WATCH OUT !! If a therapist touches you, you get charged extra without them ever telling you!! They claim manual manipulation is "Extra Charge". Kind of like going to get an oil change for your car and SURPRISE !! When you pick your car up, they have put new tires on it for which you will be charged, without telling you . Find a different PT provider. read more
