You are still wrong. Are you kidding me!?! I scheduled an appt online on 4/29/2021around 10:30pm for an appt on 4/30/21 at 6:45am. I showed up to my appt at 6:38am to find the doors locked and a sign posted saying they were closed for the day!! Livid, I went to the website to try to schedule another appt that was before 5/3/21 because that's the soonest all other locations had available the night before. While doing that, I saw there was only a 3 minute wait for walk ins at another location. So, I left and was able to have my testing done somewhere else in a timely manner. The wait time estimate online was very accurate. When I got to the different location, I mentioned my frustration and an employee told me they received an email this morning stating the Portage Rd location closed for the day due to a lack of staff and they had to move employees schedules around. Insert severely angry face!! They obviously had time to cancel patients appts, but neglected to!! I can't imagine how many angry calls they get today. Extremely unprofessional!

After coming in, I made an appointment using the computer kiosk: it gave me the option to wait in my car vs. the waiting room. I received a text message when I was within a few minutes of being called and came back in. I do wish they had hand sanitizers that were mounted near the front instead of on a table somewhere next to someone who is sitting down. I feel like having the sanitizer toward the front would be more helpful and allow those walking in to use it without having to find one that might be next to someone and potentially getting close to someone to use the sanitizer. Anyway, as I was called, I was brought into a room for the blood work. The woman who did my bloodwork was incredible. She made it painless and was a true professional. She made my experience amazing just in that she was so skilled and confident in her ability to draw blood painlessly and being laid back while doing so. I wish I caught her name so I could shout her out, but thank you so much for helping put me at ease!

For the past several years I've been sent to WNY Occupational Health Care for my yearly physical. It is located on the 4th floor of Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. Parking is convenient in a ramp directly across the street and validated. The staff here has always been very professional and efficient. The tests performed are always done in a thorough manner. The doctor that works here is very knowledgeable and personable. He answers all of my questions and provides a very thorough examination. While I don't get to choose where this yearly physical is completed, I do hope that I am assigned here for future physicals as long as the staff continues to be as efficient and friendly. My only suggestion is that more hand sanitizer be available.

She also acquired an infection due to untimely care/neglect, lack of knowledge and /or lack of training of equipment for her needs, lack of communication from the top people on down. Went to ER, then back to ICU for weeks until she passed. She suffered immense excruciating pain from the infection, daily. But for this infection, which was 100% avoidable, she would be with us today. My family followed up every day w/ her, and this place, to an unfortunate outcome for my family. They cannot just chalk this up to being short staffed or a mistake. I'm sad, and angry. Nothing changes until something changes. Please, just beware, and make your own choice, but know that the SYSTEM is broken and needs to be fixed.
