Just took an intro Pilates class here this morning with Aaliyah and loved it! If you're new to…read morereformer Pilates or want a class that's more focused on form and stretch, this is for you. They do fill up the entire class so the instructor isn't demonstrating how to do the moves, but she does walk around and correct form/help you transition. I appreciated this class was so much more focused on making sure you nail the basics because too many trendy studios try to "push" students do harder moves than their core is ready for. I already weight lift so I like Pilates to help me recover and practice good form (especially because I'm prone to not engage my core enough when I lift!). I'm sure their non beginner class is more challenging, but this was a perfect, restorative Saturday morning work out. I also liked the intro course because there were students from all age groups and no pretentious vibe that I've had at other studios where students judge if you're in aesthetic clothes or not (people ranged from cute fits to comfy gym clothes so you can totally do both here). Looking forward to coming back whenever I need a good recovery stretch and to perfect my core strength!

I like their Reformer classes that uses the machines like Pilates. It is difficult if you haven't…read moredone Pilates but the instructor tells how the correct form. It really engages the whole body and working one muscle group. For Reformer: bring grip socks or else you'll have to buy it from the studio. I also took a yoga class. You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

I highly recommend getting a monthly membership, especially if you plan on going more than once weekly. It is very affordable compared to other studios. Plus, you can go Filipino grocery shopping or food hopping at the plaza across the street after class! The teachers are great instructors and the owner, Jessica, is excellent at describing how to move your body. For yoga beginners, this is especially important because we don't come in knowing the names of poses--though the classes are adaptable for all skill levels.

She's super nice and very clear in communicating the poses so it's easy to follow along. The studio space is on the smaller side so classes are more intimate, which is nice. There are no mirrors on the walls however - I wish they had them because then I can see if my form is correct. It's located in the center of a shopping center, with the door facing off to the side, so it's a bit tricky to find. It took me a while to locate it the first time I went. There's plenty of parking available, and Tierra Mia is at the end of the shopping center, so you can get yourself a treat after class like I did!

Great little studio! Prices are standard for a yoga studio. I do like that it's a small business…read more Instructors are experienced and knowledgeable. Staff is friendly. They have a good amount of classes to take, and they also have 1-2 weekly affordable community classes taught by a new yoga teacher. My only suggestion (and maybe it's different since I've last been there) is to have wipes or cleaning sprays and towels available to wipe down equipment at the end of class.

I was excited to return to yoga after a long break as a busy mother, professional, and graduate…read morestudent. I happened to have a free Saturday morning while my kids were at an event, and decided to try this studio because it was close by and offered a 9 a.m. class. This was my first visit here, but I have prior experience with yoga and vinyasa and do not shy away from a challenging class. From the moment I arrived, the tone felt surprisingly patronizing. Another instructor attending the class showed me where to put my belongings (which I appreciated) and told me I needed two blocks and a strap, then immediately asked, "Oh, have you done yoga before?" in an odd way. During class, the owner/instructor repeatedly directed comments at me such as, "Oh, you don't have to do that one," even when I was simply adjusting a position to stretch. Rather than feeling supported, I felt singled out and scrutinized. I felt great. I got a solid workout, was sweating, and left the class feeling proud to be back on the mat. At the end, however, the owner approached me and, in a tone more suited to speaking to a preschooler than to an adult, "recommended" that I take the "gentle flow" before taking this class. She did not ask about my prior experience or comfort level, and her recommendation was delivered as if I were incapable of handling the class I had just completed. I also noticed performative "politically correct" commentary (e.g., "all you parents, oh and furry parents") and pretending to know Hindi, which I found inauthentic given my familiarity with the language through my husband's family. This contributed to the impression that the focus was on image rather than genuine inclusivity and respect for all body types and backgrounds in the room. Overall, while the physical workout was fine, the interpersonal climate was not. I did not feel welcomed as an experienced adult learner; instead, I felt patronized and subtly discouraged from returning to the same level class, despite doing well and feeling strong. I will be taking my business to other studios where instructors are both technically competent and genuinely respectful, and where new or returning students of all sizes and backgrounds are treated as capable adults, not as children needing to be "steered" elsewhere. Tip for potential clients: Do not take classes here you value a truly welcoming, non‑patronizing environment.
