Yoga with Tori has been amazing! I started doing yoga with her back in June and it has really been life changing. I had never done yoga before but have always wanted to try it so I gave it a shot and it is perfect for beginners. Tori makes everyone feel welcome and will also include moderations for people who may need it. As someone who is a little heavier I've always been nervous to do yoga because I thought it would be a bit of a judgey type of workout but Tori teaches without judgement and makes you feel very confident. I took a private class with Tori a few years ago as a birthday gift and had a great experience. Recently I came back to her again for prenatal yoga before delivering my baby, I took about 1.5 months of classes and wish I would've done the entire pregnancy it was super helpful with breathing, meditating and a nice mix to my daily exercise. All was done by zoom which made it more convenient since I didn't have to leave my home and stay safe for baby. Tori's yoga sessions are very relaxing and easy to follow. I really enjoy morning sessions, it helps set up a stress free day and you get your stretch in for the day. Tori narrates and leads you through the entire process with soothing music in the background and she utilizes essential oils for those who are interested. What I like about her program is that is seems very simple, yet my muscles end up feeling sore in uncommon areas. This tells me the "workout" was good! I really enjoy her sessions. read more

What a wonderful, and relaxing spot. I have been searching for a yoga instructor and studio that offers both stretching and meditation. Meditation classes are sooooooo hard to come by near me, and it is just so important to have a space to engage in this practice. I have gone to Tori once, last week, and I plan to continue seeing her. The location was convenient with parking in the back. The ambience was calm, and relaxing-- exactly what I need in my stressful life. During our private session (one on one), we did mostly mat work, but we also did a few poses standing up. I really like the one on one experience, though she does offer up to five individuals in a group if you wanted to bring some friends or family. Tori truly cares about your comfort, and individualizes your session based on your needs/likes. At the end of the session, I was about to meditate with aromatherapy, which was AMAZING. I have been practising with Tori for about a month now. I chose individual sessions, because I have some issues from old injuries that I wished to concentrate on. Tori is wonderful.
