Super friendly and accepting environment. Not a judgmental gym environment. Worth the price. I will come back.

Ask the Community - Yoganette Yoga Studio

Is there a max number of visits using Classpass? Update: I contacted Classpass and the customer rep…

Yes, I believe there is, but that is something we don't have control over, so you can probably find out more through them. If you are interested in taking more than one class a week at our studio, we recommend signing up for a membership directly…

How many students in the class?

On average 6-12 students per class. Please sign up ahead of time online to reserve your spot! Thank you.

I was wondering if I can join any class I'm currently 5 months pregnant and have only tired yoga once before I was pregnant?

Yoga flow and Yin Yang are classes I started with and now do Barre as well. Barre is a little more intense in my opinion. I still get sore from that class.

Is there a beginner level? I am very new to yoga and want to try it for my health benefit but im afraid i cannot follow as my body is not that flexible. What is the best class for me?…

Yes! All of our classes are open levels and we consistently get new people joining us for class. The instructors demonstrate the movements and postures so you'll be able to follow along even if it's your first time. And don't worry, flexibility…

Are the teachers at this center certified (trained through yoga alliance)?

Yes, each of our instructors has completed a 200hr certification through Yoga Alliance! And quite a few have gone on to do various other trainings as well to further their education.

Hi I went on your website to find out more about prenatal yoga but I didn't see the class under the schedule. Was wondering if you still offer it and if so, what day?

Hi Sofia, at the moment, we don't have prenatal specific classes on the schedule. But you are welcome to try any of our other level 1 yoga classes, since a lot of the movements and postures are similar and can still be beneficial.

Hello, How can I get pricing and schedules?

Hi! Please refer to our website (yoganette.com) for full schedule and price details.

    Is hot yoga offered?

    No they don't.

Hi do you still teach kids yoga?

Hi Roxie, Thank you for reaching out to us! At the moment, we do not have kids yoga. We might consider bringing it back during the summer though so please check back with…

    Do you offer prenatal classes?

Yes! We currently have a prenatal specific yoga class on Tuesdays at 10:30am. The same instructor also teaches a Gentle Yoga class on Thursdays at 10:30am, which you're welcome to attend as well. Our other prenatal students who wish to do more…

Is there child care available ? I have an 8 year old and 5 month old that will sit quietly with an iPad or napping.

Unfortunately, we do not have child care services available at the studio. Sorry about that!

Her deep knowledge and specific techniques have been instrumental in helping us improve our overall body strength and balance. What sets Janelle apart is her attention to detail. She is incredibly focused and consistently makes sure you are performing the right exercises with the correct form, which is vital for seeing real progress and avoiding injury. Beyond the physical workout, she creates a great atmosphere. Her music playlist is excellent and serves as a helpful motivator throughout the session. We truly appreciate her expertise and look forward to her classes every week!

While the workouts are great, the rigid, member-unfriendly policies make it impossible to stay. I am giving this location two stars because of their lack of empathy and predatory "waitlist" and "use-it-or-lose-it" system. The notification system is designed to fail the consumer. I was notified via email at 7:38 PM the night before a class that I had been moved off a waitlist. Because of their 12-hour cancellation policy, I had less than 20 minutes to decide if I could attend before being financially locked in. To make matters worse, the studio closed at 5:00 PM, meaning there was no staff available to help or clarify. As a mother, finding childcare with 20 minutes' notice is impossible. When I spoke with Melissa the next day, it was clear that following the "policy" mattered more than hearing the customer. I lost my class credit despite the impossible notification window. Furthermore, the studio holds members to strict standards while they change instructors at the last minute; I booked with Maura, but Ruben taught the class without prior notice. Advocacy for Change! Change is needed here. This business operates as a "money grab" rather than a fitness community. I even lost four class credits because of a car accident that left me unable to drive for a month, a situation entirely out of my control. It is wrong to hold paying members to the same rigid waitlist terms as a one-time visitor. Members commit to this business monthly and deserve a policy that reflects that loyalty, such as a longer notification window or a one-time "life happens" credit. To potential members: Be aware that you are solely responsible for managing your credits in an unforgiving app. If you have a life emergency or can't find a sitter within a 20-minute window, this company will keep your money without a second thought. I choose to support businesses that treat their members like people, not just line items. For that reason, I have moved on from Club Pilates. I am now at LA Fitness because they offer Pilates classes and have a kids club. -Alane Martin

Since then, I've been coming once or twice a week, and I feel so great after every class. I had never done Pilates before, and honestly, I regret not starting sooner! Antonio is a wonderful instructor who gives precise instructions with every movement, and I love how each exercise targets all my problem areas. He is patient, kind, and always willing to help when I'm unsure how to use certain parts of the reformer, which can definitely feel intimidating for beginners. I've also taken a class with Betty, and she is wonderful as well. The front desk staff is always helpful, welcoming, and courteous every time I come in. This place is so clean, there's never any bad smells like regular gyms. My only wish is that I could go more often, but being retired, the unlimited plan just isn't in my budget right now. Still, I highly recommend this place. It has truly been life-changing for me!

I've only been attending classes once a week for the past month, so I'm still early in the process, but I've started noticing gradual improvement in my mobility, tension, and overall discomfort. The stress and tension have affected me physically, including episodes where my jaw locks and my fingers become numb, which is why incorporating low-impact therapeutic movement has been important for my recovery and stress management. The instructors have been incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, especially as a beginner. They take time to explain movements clearly and create an environment that feels welcoming rather than intimidating. I also appreciate that the atmosphere feels focused on wellness and healing instead of being overly trendy or judgmental like some studios can appear online. The pricing has also been very reasonable for the package I purchased, especially considering the therapeutic benefit it has provided me both physically and mentally. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and low-impact form of movement therapy and stress relief.

I had taken Spin back in the 90s..hey..no judging..lol lol . it was at big corporate gym. Great workout and great music...but it was in-personal and no one explained form, technique, and well we just peddled for 45 minutes. Flash forward to this century and i experienced Spin360...and like the kids say..OMFG..THIS PLACE IS LIT... A friend invited me ..so i showed up........and i was buying a group on before i left. Class kicked my butt .. and I was a 6 days a week Boot Camp attendee ...so i was accustomed to sweating and getting my heart rate up......but what a workout THIS spin class put me through. Now, that i have taken over 100 spin classes with various instructors, i can truly report how fabulous this Boutique Spin and Gym is.. 1. It is owed by a local who loves her community is involved in many civic activities (clothing drives, food banks, fundraising, the list goes on). 2. It is a full body work out. Instructor guides you and makes sure u don't get hurt (important for this old gal ). You will do Sprints, Serious Hill Climbs, Various Sitting and Standing Positions to engage your CORE and strengthen your entire body...and get this..you do arm workouts while spinning, with hand weights...or just use ur own body weight. 3. Great energy, great music and lights, and different instructors with varied styles so u can find ur match. 4. There is also a gym with all the fancy workout machines and weights. If you decide to also sign up for personal training. 5. Genuine and caring crew who will notice and miss you when ur not there. 6. GET A GROUP ON to try it out...very reasonable... I still love my boot camp but spinning has giving me a great balance so now i alternate days and feel fabulous. Get a group on and check it out ....they are very reasonable .... but, pretty please..... get there 30 minutes before start of class...if its ur first few times. They take safety very seriously. Instructor needs to help you adjust bike to ur body and give u the 411 on what to do....if u show up 5 minutes before start.... u are taking up the time of all of the rest of the folks who are ready to get their sweat on..... and this old Gal will probably give u a look ...cuz the poor instructor has to start late to get you set up and keep you safe. Courtesy for your new fit fam will be greatly appreciated. See you on a ride....‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
