Patrick did a piece for me that had several mistakes. When I pointed them out, he laughed and rushed me to the register. He later admitted to the errors via email and offered a fix, but after I went in to discuss it, he completely ghosted me. I have called and emailed for months with no response. It's a shame because the piercers are great, but I cannot recommend a shop where the owner refuses to stand behind his work and ignores a client for months after making a mistake on their body.
