This is a full salon for hair, nails, spa treatments and purchase of products too There are many different sections to this place which is quite interesting how the lay out is. I did it pass it since there were trees on front of the sign outside. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and said it would be jus a few minutes. Julianna came and took me to her station to see what I wanted done . I them went to get shampooed and mentioned to Juliana my hair is thick and coarse so needs to be conditioned and combed out, she understood and told the person who was shampoo g my hai. I've been there and done it all before we met-- having gone gray in high school, I did box dye, highlights, balayage, a perm, straighteners, and have worn it short, longer, curly, pin straight, and everything in between-- and never have I felt so listened to and cared for by my stylist. New to the area, I'd tried at least three salons with most disastrous and overly priced results. Then I came here. For about two years, I've made appointments with Bonnie every two months. I always leave with healthy-looking hair that looks even better than I'd imagined. Of course, I have worked with dozens of stylists in the past, but none of them have been as creative, honest, and fair as Bonnie. Most recently, we've been doing Keratin treatments; Bonnie has helped to transform my dry, broken hair (bad perm...) into long, shiny waves with subtle hints of color that elicit compliments on a daily basis. I also appreciate that she's straightforward with me about what my hair needs. She doesn't push unnecessary additional services on me, and because she is so warm and hilarious (a bonus), Zaina has become one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday. I view appointments with Bonnie as an investment in myself that's priceless.
