The lady was rude from the moment I walked in. She lectured me about forgetting to bring a mask. And then she told me she couldn't work on me because I wasn't calm enough. I asked for a place to change, and she refused. She indicated that my energy needed to be calmer in order for her to provide me a place to change. I told her I was late and trying to facilitate getting started with the massage by changing... she said I needed to sit down and be calm before I could have a place to change. Then she said she couldn't work on me so I put on my shoes on and left after five minutes with no massage after having planned my work day around making this appointment. It was like being in the twilight zone. Here I am coming to a place to relax and the very person who is supposed to be an expert in creating a relaxing environment and getting paid well for that skill is super wound and unable to handle even the slightest disruption to her perfectly controlled environment.
