Instead of addressing my specific questions, and clearly listing the steps morning and night with the specific products for my personal treatment, I have to try to figure out what the heck and when to use what! I notice this hesitation to write down anything with many offices now and feel that it is a drop in service for whatever reason (liability-related?, laziness?), but it frustrates me unnecessarily. Additionally, when I call to make an appointment for my preferred location, I am met with pushback because of where I may have been seen the previous time, which I occasionally accommodate for scheduling reasons. Once they put down a preferred location and if I correct them that, yes, I did see them at the Lowell location, but I prefer the Fayetteville, there is an snark.
