I asked her to do light pressure on me because I am not a regular customer so i didnt know how my body will handle this kind of service and it felt like i was being very rough handled to the point where i started crying amd wanted to put my clothes on and storm out. Instead I kept stopping the therapist in between to remind her. And she kept telling me that hard pressure is better. Well, fast forward to completing service I had spoke to the owner and he was able to offer me a complimentary 60 min and booked me with Mary and I am just so much happier now that I have found my go to massage therapist. I really like going here because the owners truly care about your health so much so that the owner offered me a complimentary massage. That to me, says that the owners truly care about their business. Since then, I have been coming here for a good 2-3 years and I will not go anywhere else. You walk in super tensed and once you book with Mary and you will walk out completed relaxed! It takes me at least 10 minutes to get up after the service because my body feels super relaxed. I signed up because I was told there were no long term contracts and one can cancel at any time. What was NOT mentioned is that if you cancel, all remaining prepaid items had to be used within one month. I was ill and then life happened and suddenly I found myself with 8 prepaid massages. I was then told I could suspend my contract for 3 months but would then be charged again. I read through their entire website, including small print, and there is absolutely no mention of these additional terms. They only mention no long term contracts and that you can cancel any time. Definitely not truth in advertising.
