The reviews I read on here made me skeptical of this place. I was looking around for Groupons for my son's bday. He's never had a massage before and I wanted to give him an experience, rather than money or a material item. I knew he probably wouldn't want to go alone so I bought two Groupons. I called and booked the appointment and the person who answered was bubbly and booked our appts with no problem. I had to call to reschedule and the young lady who answered was helpful, and unbothered by me needing to change our appointments. We had a Sunday appt and Simon was who checked us in. We filled out the paperwork bc I failed to follow the link that was texted to me to fill out said paperwork. They sent us many reminders of our appt so, there is absolutely no way you could forget about your appt. My therapist was a male and my son's was a female. We both enjoyed our massages as both therapists were professional and focused on our areas of concern. The rooms were nice and the sheets felt and smelled clean. The beds weren't worn or uncomfortable. Simon saw my birthday was this month and said that anyone getting a massage during their birthday month, received a complimentary add-on service for free- I chose the salt stones since I've always only had normal hot stones. They have a membership program that allows you to SHARE the membership with someone. That's kind of unheard of, but also very innovative- def something their major competitor would prob NEVER do. read more

Let me start by saying Jen is a fantastic massage therapist and I feel great after each massage. My issue is with the "membership" and how they market it. I signed up because I was told there were no long term contracts and one can cancel at any time. What was NOT mentioned is that if you cancel, all remaining prepaid items had to be used within one month. I was ill and then life happened and suddenly I found myself with 8 prepaid massages. I was then told I could suspend my contract for 3 months but would then be charged again. I read through their entire website, including small print, and there is absolutely no mention of these additional terms. They only mention no long term contracts and that you can cancel any time. OMG OMG OMG!!!! I cannot begin to tell everyone how amazing this place is. A coworker of mine told me about it and has a membership for a location in Henderson so I was thrilled to see there was a location in Summerlin. I called to get info and the person who picked up was super informative and took the time to answer all my questions. She was able to book me an appointment for the next day. I saw Sabrina and she is a hidden gem! This ladies hands are MAGIC!!!! I had knots that never seem to be able to break down but she was able to identify my issues and not only target them manage them too! It's going to take more than one visit to eliminate my issues but I've never had a massage that in one session I could feel the relief leave my body. She asked me a few questions before our session and was able to identify what I needed to focus on to relieve my pain. She presented me with the approach she was going to use, asked me the pressure I would like and informed me on target parts we would work on. We had great conversation during my massage and the knots are so much looser than when I walked in. I am excited for my next appointment and I signed up for the membership. Saw a deal on Groupon & immediately called this place on Tuesday night April 22 to book a couple's massages. We got a reservation for Thursday April 24 @ 6 pm and they took mine & my husband's info & I was even told that they will give me an elite masseuse for the Groupon price as long as I take a screenshot of that deal. Thursday morning (yesterday) I called this place to confirm our appointment for the night & the girl who answered the phone said that she doesn't see any appt for us & were booked next week Thursday May 1st so there was a confusion right there?! I was so upset because I needed to have that massage so badly so me & my husband ended up getting a massage at Paradise (check it out it's on Groupon too $84 for couple's massage for 60 mins) & they're awesome & the best massages I've ever had!!!!! Anyway, I called today to cancel our appointment for next week & the girl who answered the call said that there's NOTHING TO CANCEL BECAUSE WE DON'T EVEN HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!! What a great start to gain your new customer's respect! Although the girl verified mine & my husband's information that was put in to their system, WELL someone is lying. First, the appointment got messed up to a different date then the next thing you know is we don't have any appointments booked!!!! The girl said "we can book you an appointment now if you want?" My friend bought me a $100 gift card to this location for my birthday. I called in advance to ask if there were any restrictions on the use of the gift card and they said no, it is just like cash. So I booked a couples massage for my husband and myself. They gave us the first-timer rate of $79/each and said I would just pay the difference over $100. Normally it is $99/hr. But when we finished our massage and went to pay, the lady at the desk said that we could only use the gift card on one massage and said we could come back to use the remaining $20 on a future massage. I was pretty upset! But my husband called the manager the next day and explained what happened. The manager reversed the charge right away and said the evening ladies made a mistake. If this had not happened; I would've given them 5 stars instead of just 4. But the mistake did ruin my evening! But prior to this mishap, we had an enjoyable massage. The place was clean, they served us on time, and I got free aromatherapy for checking-in on yelp! There were candles and we were in the same room. The music was also soothing and staff was professional. Our two massagers were also good. I asked for medium pressure, which ended up being a bit too hard for me. But that is something I've noted for the future, to ask for light pressure. They don't force you to remove all clothing either, so you can undress to your comfort level. They also ask what areas to focus on or avoid prior to your full body massage...so this helps you customize the massage a bit more. So if you like massages, I think this place is decent. just now New I've been coming to Elements for several years now and have always been happy with my experiences and cut/colors. On my most recent visit however it did not go well. My usual stylist had to call out at the last minute and the salon didn't have time to notify me prior to my arrival. The salon asked if I was okay to see someone else, and I agreed to do so, big mistake! I paid my usual $185 for cut and highlight as well as a 20% tip. You can't notice the highlights at all, there is no difference, the highlights don't stand out at all, you can't see them. On top of that I received a horrible cut! More inches were taken off than I asked for and the bottom is all choppy and uneven! I'm very upset with how my hair looks and it feels like I just threw my money away! I will continue to come here but will never see an alternate stylist again. read more

Well 55 minutes later, she says "that's it for today" . I asked her, no glutes or scalp? She answered "no". Not only was that service not provided, but the service didn't even end the way every experienced masseuse would have ended it - like wind down process. I have been going to this place for about 5 years. I get a massage every month because of my arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have tried every therapist there until I found Luis. He is excellent, unfortunately after my 5th massage I had with him; today he decided to cancel my appointment!!! The front office called me telling me that I needed to reschedule my appointment because Luis feels he's not the right fit for me. I was like; I don't understand, what are you talking about???? The previous receptionists were great until they left and these two new front desk girls work now here. Kat and Mikey also left this place. I just had an amazing massage by Brad. He was very mindful and made sure to do a full body massage focusing on tension areas. I was very relaxed during the whole massage and left feeling refreshed. If you're nervous about massage go see Brad, he makes sure to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. He was very friendly as well. Really weird experience. I went with my husband. His massage, he says, was incredible-- one of the best he's had! He had a female therapist with a heavy (Eastern European?) accent. My massage, on the other hand, was the worst. The woman injured me and I left in serious pain-- I could barely get off the massage table. I booked a massage for my mom as a surprise for Mother's Day. The appointment had been booked for days & when I finally got there they told me that my massage therapist called out that day. I don't mind rescheduling but it was unprofessional that I did not receive a call, email, text or a notice in advance. I found out in person, 10 minutes before my appointment. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience (for my rescheduled appointment) but I was told that there was none. It was unfortunate that I couldn't give my mom that gift on her day. I've been going regularly (every 2 weeks) to Elements, and specifically to Laura, for several months. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service at the front desk/reception every time I visit. Helpful, informative, easy to manage my appointments. I particularly like that Elements offers a subscription, so I am billed monthly (with no contract) and I don't have to worry about paying every time I go. My therapist, Laura, is a miracle worker. I suffer from shoulder and back pain. Laura provides incredible relief and educates me about exercises that I can perform at home to improve my strength in these areas of my body. When I want a deep, localized massage, she provides it. When I want to chill out with a full body, lavender scented, happy massage, she provides it.
