I've been going to Cedrick for almost 4 months now and let me tell you, each "xperience" is better…read morethan the last. Why? He never performs the same routine every time you come to see him. He performs based on what he notices each visit and he is never robotic. He definitely freestyles which is what I appreciate. I started out going to him just for stretch therapy. Now it's stretch and massage therapy. My last visit he noticed tension in my neck, my shoulders, my hands, and even my underarms (lymph nodes). He's always checking in to make sure you're ok, if you're comfortable, the pressure, etc. You can request any music you'd like while he is performing. He makes it literally the best "xperience" for you each time you come to see him. And he's down to earth. Really nice person. If you go to him, you'll never want to go to any other massage therapist ever again. I'll bet you money on that too ;)

I tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, and various other massage therapist. Only 1 massage therapist has made a significant positive difference - and he lives all the way in Washington State! I scoured the internet and yelp for medical massages - I don't need the fluff of a spa or a place to relax, I needed someone to get in there and work out that pinched nerve! I needed results! I can't thank Ross enough for how much time and care she took when working on me last week. She was thorough, and had lots of tricks up her sleeves including aromatherapy and some metal scraping tools. I have never had someone use a fascia tool on me and was absolutely thrilled!! Ohhh wee....I was in pain on the table and was sore after...but the massage worked! My pain isn't as bad and for the first time in 4 months i was able to sleep on the side of the pinched nerve!! I found my GO TO massage therapist in Dallas and am considering getting a membership for a 1 hour tune up per month to see Ross. One therapist was ALL ATTITUDE another didnt communicate and it was super frustrating. As a retired LMT of 21 yrs I expected better customer service and better massages. The massage rooms are cold and when I commented to the therapist how cold I was she didnt offer to turn on a table warmer (if they even have them). Instead she put on a fan! It was definitely all about her comfort and nothing about the clients! This seems to be an ongoing issue with this place. Happy customers are returning customers and Im not a happy customer. My gift card is used up now so I won't be returning and do not recommend this place.
