She took the time to determine exactly what type of massage (level of pressure, areas that may need more attention, etc.) would meet my goal: to decompress. She asks at the start of each session about the problem areas. Once started, she is very intuitive about what needs attention and spends time there. She will vary the pressure if asked (she takes time to verbally check). But, frankly, she is so in tune with the depth I need, I almost always say, "already perfect." I leave feeling more relaxed and less tense. Her efforts are not just "feel good" in the moment... the positive healing results are lasting. Their customer service is incredibly poor, and they are completely unreliable when it comes to their operating hours. They advertise that they are open until 4:00 PM, but you are lucky if anyone is actually there by 3:00 PM. The staff is completely unprofessional. I have even seen employees hanging out outside with their friends during business hours, only to slowly saunter back inside when a customer walks in. This raised major red flags for me regarding hygiene and cleanliness, especially for a spa environment. To make matters worse, they sneak in additional hidden fees that are not clearly disclosed upfront. Between the terrible hours, poor hygiene habits, and lack of transparency, it feels like they do not respect their customers' time or money. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.
